هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر نظام تخطيط موارد الشركة على الأداء المالي في ظل إدارة المعرفة في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية، ولتحقيق الهدف من هذه الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات مكونة من تسعة محاور حيث تضمن المتغير المستقل نظام تخطيط موارد الشركة على أول سبعة محاول (إدارة المواد/ المخزون، الموارد البشرية، المحاسبة والمالية، الرقابة، التكامل، تخط?ط الانتاج، جودة النظم)، اما المحور الثامن فقد تضمن عبارات المتغير الوسيط (إدارة المعرفة) والمحور التاسع والاخير تضمن عبارات المتغير التابع (الاداء المالي). وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (46) شركة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان، حيث قام الباحث بتوزيع (230( استبانة الى الشركات الصناعية من مدير مالي، رئيس قسم حسابات، رئيس مجلس ادارة، محاسب، عضو مجلس إدارة، وعليه فقد تم استرداد (223) استبانة وكان الصالح منها للتحليل(185) استبانة، أي ما نسبته (80.4%) من الاستبانات الموزعة على أفراد العينة، ومن خلال استخدام برمجية التحليل الاحصائي (SPSS) توصلت هذه الدراسة الى وجود اثر لنظام تخطيط موارد الشركة بأبعاده (إدارة المواد، الموارد البشرية، الرقابة، التكامل) على الأداء المالي في ظل إدارة المعرفة في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية، كما لا يوجد اثر لنظام تخطيط موارد الشركة بأبعاده (المحاسبة والمالية، تخطيط الانتاج، جودة النظم) على الأداء المالي في ظل إدارة المعرفة في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة، واخيراً لا يوجد أثر لإدارة المعرفة على الأداء المالي للشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الاردنية. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق نظام إدارة موارد الشركة لما له من اثر على الأداء المالي في الشركات الصناعية المساهمة العامة الأردنية |

This study aimed to clarify the Impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) system on financial performance in light of knowledge management in the Jordanian Public Industrial Shareholding Companies. To achieve the objective of this study, a questionnaire was developed as a main data collection tool consisting of nine axes where the independent variable included the enterprise resource planning system on the first seven attempts (material / inventory management, human resources, accounting and finance, control, integration, production planning, system quality) As for the eighth axis, it included the phrases of the moderate variable (knowledge management) and the ninth and last axis included the phrases of the dependent variable (financial performance). The sample of the study consisted of (46) industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, where the researcher distributed (230) questionnaires to industrial companies from a financial manager, head of accounts department, chairman of the board, an accountant, member of the board of directors, and so it was retrieved (223) A questionnaire, and one of which was valid for analysis (185) was a questionnaire, which means (80.4%) of the questionnaires distributed to the members of the sample. Through the use of statistical analysis software (SPSS), the study found that there is an effect of the company's resource planning system in its dimensions (material management, human resources, control, and integration) on financial performance in light of knowledge management in Jordanian public Shareholding industrial companies, and there is no effect of the system Planning the company's resources in its dimensions (accounting and finance, production planning, quality systems) on financial performance in light of knowledge management in the Jordanian public Shareholding industrial companies, finally, there is no impact of knowledge management on the financial performance of Jordanian public industrial companies. The study recommends the need to implement the company's resource management system because of its impact on financial performance in Jordanian Public Industrial Shareholding Companies |
