الملخص بالعربية |
تناولت الدراسة الطبيعة البراغماتية الايرانية في ظل ولاية الفقيه 2011/2019 ، بالإضافة الى خلفية تاريخية حول تطور الفكر السياسي الايراني ،وعلاقات ايران الدولية والاقليمية .
هدفت الدراسة الى فك الاشتباك النظري بين البراغماتية وولاية الفقيه وتشخيص الأثر البراغماتي والطابع النفعي لايران في سلوكها مع الاخر .
انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية مفادها وجود علاقة طردية ايجابية بين قدرات ايران التوظيفية للبراغماتية ونشر ايديولوجيا ولاية الفقيه .
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على التكامل المنهجي فاستخدمت المنهج التاريخي ،منهج صنع القرار ومقترب المصلحة الوطنية ،وكان السؤال المحوري الذي استدعى الإجابة هو "الى اي مدى وظفت ولاية الفقيه البراغماتية في تعزيز مكانة ايران؟"
وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ،أهمها: بالرغم من التطورات التي ارتبطت بموجات الفكر والتيارات الايرانية بين محافظة واصلاحية ،الا ان النخبة الحاكمة في ايران لم تغير نظرتها للذات او الآخر ،فهي رؤية متمركزة على الذات القومية الاستعلائية التوسعية ومتجهة بعدوانية نحو الآخر ،بالاضافة الى تناقضات المشروع الايراني بين اطروحتي الدين والدولة وتوظيف الادوات البراغماتية بشكل كبير .

The study dealt with the Iranian pragmatic nature under the Mandate of the Jurist 2011/2019, in addition to a historical background on the development of Iranian political thought, and Iran's international and regional relations. The study aimed to dissolve the theoretical clash between pragmatism and guardianship of the jurist and diagnose the pragmatic effect and the utilitarian nature of Iran in its behavior with the other.
The study was based on the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between Iran's employment capabilities for pragmatism and the publication of the ideology of the Mandate of the Jurist. This study relied on systematic integration, so it used the historical approach, the decision-making approach, and the approach of the national interest, and the central question that called for the answer was, "To what extent has the pragmatic mandate of the Mandate of the Jurist been employed in strengthening Iran's position?
The study concluded a set of results, the most important of them are: Despite the developments that have been linked to the waves of Iranian thought and currents between conservative and reformist, the ruling elite in Iran has not changed its view of the self or the other, as it is a vision centered on the nationalistic, transcendent, expansionist and aggressively oriented towards the other, in addition to To the contradictions of the Iranian project between the two state and religion arguments, and the use of pragmatic tools to a great extent
