The study dealt with the Iranian pragmatic nature under the Mandate of the Jurist 2011/2019, in addition to a historical background on the development of Iranian political thought, and Iran's international and regional relations. The study aimed to dissolve the theoretical clash between pragmatism and guardianship of the jurist and diagnose the pragmatic effect and the utilitarian nature of Iran in its behavior with the other. The study was based on the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between Iran's employment capabilities for pragmatism and the publication of the ideology of the Mandate of the Jurist. This study relied on systematic integration, so it used the historical approach, the decision-making approach, and the approach of the national interest, and the central question that called for the answer was, "To what extent has the pragmatic mandate of the Mandate of the Jurist been employed in strengthening Iran's position?
