هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر استخدام نظام المراسلات الإلكترونية ( زاجل ) على اداء العاملين في هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني في الاردن .
تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم إختيار عينة الدراسة من موظفي هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني في الاردن والذين يستخدمون نظام المراسلات الإلكترونية ( زاجل) في مختلف الأقسام والمديريات والمستويات الإدارية من مجتمع الدراسة بطريقة الحصر الشامل .
وتم التوصل للنتائج التالية:
-أن استخدام المراسلات الإلكترونية في هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني في الاردن بشكل عام على متوسط حسابي إجمالي بلغ (3.88)، وهو من المستوى المرتفع
- أن الأداء بشكل عام على متوسط حسابي إجمالي بلغ (3.97)، وهو من المستوى المرتفع
- أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ما بين استخدام المراسلات الإلكترونية بأبعادها (جودة البنية التحتية لنظام زاجل، توفير الوقت وتقليل الجهد لنظام زاجل، الحماية وسرية المعلومات، قابلية الاستخدام لنظام زاجل) وأداء العاملين في هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدنين
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في الحماية وسرية المعلومات والقياس الكلي لنظام المراسلات الإلكترونية (نظام زاجل في هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني) تعزى للجنس، حيث بلغت قيم الإحصائي (t) (-2.000، -2.406) على التوالي وهي قيم دالة عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) فأقل، وتبين أن مصدر الفروق كانت لصالح الإناث
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة متابعة الهيئة جودة أداء العاملين بشكل دوري لضمان مستوى أداء يتماشى مع متطلبات الخدمات، والحفاظ على سمعة هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني.

This study aimed to find out the impect of using the electronic correspondence system (Zajel) of employees performance of in Civil Aviation Regulatory commission in Jordan.
The descriptive analytical method was used, and the study sample has been selected from employees from the Civil Aviation regulatory commission who use the electronic correspondence system (Zajel system) at the different divisions and directorates and the administrative levels from the study population by the comprehensive limits.
The following results were reached:
-Using the electronic correspondence at Civil Aviation regulatory commission generally came at total mean (3.88), which is a high level.
- The performance generally came at total mean (3.97) which is a high level
- The presence of a positive correlation between using the electronic correspondence with its dimensions (quality of the infrastructure for the Zajel system, providing the time, and reducing the effort for Zajel system, protection and confidentiality of the information, usability of Zajel system, and performance of the employees at the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission.
- The presence of difference with statistically significance at significance level (0.05) in information protection and confidentiality, and the total measure of the electronic correspondences (Zajel system at the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission) attribute to gender, since the statistical values reached for (t), (2000, 2.406) respectively which are statistically significant at significance level (0.05) and less.
It became clear that the source of the difference was in favor of the females.
The study recommended the necessity for the commission following up quality of the employees performance in a periodic form to guarantee performance level according with the services requirements, and to preserve the reputation of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission
