هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة تأثير البرامـج التدريـبية على أداء مديري مدارس الـمرحلة الـمتوسطة بدولة الكويت، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة). وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة مـن جميع مديري المدارس في المرحلة المتوسطة في المناطق التعليمية: الجهراء والأحمدي والفروانية ومبارك الكبير في دولة الكويت والبالغ عددهم (141) مديراً ومديرة.
وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تأثير البرامج التدريـبية المقدمة لمديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت مـن وجهة نظرهم جاء مرتفعا. وجاء ترتيب المجالات تنازلياً كما يأتي (استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، المهارات الإدارية، النمو المهنـي والمجال المعرفي ومهارات التفكير العليا)، ووجود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة على تعزى لمتغير الجنس حيث جاءت الفـروق لصالح الذكور، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، ما عدا المجال المعرفي حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود فـروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفـروق لصالح ذوي حملة البكالوريوس، وعدم وجود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى أداء مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت مـن وجهة نظرهم جاء ضمن درجة مرتفعة، ووجود فـروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور، وعدم وجود فـروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لمستوى أدائهم تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة تأثير البرامج التدريـبية ودرجة أداء مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في دولة الكويت مـن وجهة نظرهم.
وبناء على النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية متعلقة بالنمو المهني لمديري المدارس والمجال المعرفي ومهارات التفكير العليا لمديري المدارس لزيادة وتطوير مهاراتهم.

The study aimed to identify the Degree of Impact of the Training Programs on Intermediate Schools Principals Performance in Kuwait, and the descriptive method was used. The sample of the study consisted of (141) principals from all the Intermediate school principals in Jahra, Ahmadi, Farwaniya and Mubarak Al Kabeer Educational district in Kuwait.
The study showed that the level of effectiveness of the training programs offered to the principals of intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait from their point of view was high. The first place in the dimension of use of information technology was at a high level, followed by the dimension of management skills in second place at a high level, and the dimension of professional growth ranked third in the middle level. While the dimension of knowledge and higher thinking skills came in fourth place within the average level. And there were statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample, while there were no statistically significant differences in the field of knowledge, higher thinking skills, and managerial skills. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the dimensions due to their educational qualification in all dimensions of the variable. Except for the dimension of administrative skills, where the results showed differences due to the variable of scientific qualification. The differences were in favor of postgraduate qualification. There were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the fields of effectiveness of the training programs due to variable years of experience in all dimensions. The intermediate stage in the State of Kuwait from their point of view came within a high level, and there were no statistically significant differences in the assessment of the members of the study sample for the level of performance of the principals of intermediate schools in Kuwait from their point of view due to gender variables Experience, and there were a positive correlation between the statistically significant between the level of effectiveness of training programs and the level of performance of schools, Intermediate school principals in the State of Kuwait from their point of view the relationship.
Based on the results, the study recommended holding training courses related to the professional development of school principals, the cognitive field and the higher thinking skills of school principals to increase and develop their skills
