الملخص بالعربية |
تستهدف هذه الدراسة بيان المتغيرات الإقليمية وأثرها على العلاقات العربية - العربية, هذا وقامت الدراسة على فرض مفاده: وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغيرات الإقليمية والعلاقات العربية - العربية خلال الفترة (2011 ? 2018), وعلى إشكالية الدراسة التي تتمحور حول السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما المتغيرات الإقليمية وأثرها على العلاقات العربية - العربية خلال الفترة (2011-2018)؟
ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والتحقق من فرضيتها, والإجابة على سؤالها المحوري تم استخدام كل من منهج تحليل النظم, ومنهجية صنع القرار, ومنهجية المصلحة القومية.
هذا وقد جاءت الدراسة مؤكدة على صحة الفرضية ومجيبة على سؤالها المحوري, وتوصلت في نهاية الدراسة إلى عدة استنتاجات أهمها: وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين المتغيرات الإقليمية متمثلة كل من إيران, وتركيا, والكيان الصهيوني, على العلاقات العربية - العربية, وتتمثل بتدخلات هذه الدول الطامحة لتحقيق أهدافها التوسعية, على حساب الدول العربية خلال الفترة 2011 - 2018 التي انشغلت بها الدول العربية بشؤونها الداخلية كالثورات العربية, والضعف الأمني والسياسي.
كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة صور مختلفة من التدخلات الإقليمية المؤثرة على العلاقات العربية - العربية, من أهمها التدحلات العسكرية, والسياسية في كل من العراق, وسوريا, ولبنان, واليمن, ومنطقة الخليج العربي.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة تأثر العلاقات العربية - العربية جرّاء المتغيرات الإقليمية, والمتمثلة بتوتر العلاقات العربية - العربية, أدت هذه العلاقات إلى تصعيد حدة التوتر بين هذه الدول العربية مع بعضها البعض.
هذا وقد اسوجبت الاستنتاجات السالفة عدة توصيات أهمها: ضرورة تبني نهج متكامل قوامه الوحدة العربية, مما يؤهلها حل الخلافات العربية - العربية, والتصدي للتدخلات الإقليمية في الشؤون العربية, ضرورة بناء تحالف عربي يقوم على معايير تتلخص بإنشاء منظمة متخصصة في ذلك, ذات أبعاد عسكرية متكاملة وأمنية دفاعية, ومنظومة اقتصادية عربية, ومنشأة جديدة تهتم بإصلاح للعلاقات العربية - العربية, لتنأى جميعها عن أي تدخل إقليمي ودولي في الشؤون العربية.

This study aims at showing the regional variables and their impact on Arab-Arab relations. The study is based on the assumption that there is a correlation between the regional variables and the Arab-Arab relations during the period (2011-2018), and the problem of the study which revolves around the following main question: What are the regional variables and their impacts on Arab-Arab relations during the period (2011-2018)?
In order to achieve the objectives of the study and verify its hypothesis, and answer to its central question, were used both the methodology of systems analysis, decision-making methodology, and the methodology of national interest.
The thesis was confirmed on the validity of the hypothesis and answer to the central question. And reached at the end of the study to several conclusions, the most important of: which is the correlation between the regional variables represented by Iran, Turkey and the Zionist entity, on the Arab-Arab relations, represented in these countries interventions, its aspiring to achieve its expansionist objectives, at the expense of the Arab countries at the period 2011-2018, Internal affairs such as Arab revolutions, and security and political weakness.
The results of the study also showed different forms of regional interventions affecting Arab-Arab relations, the most important of which are military and political interventions in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen and the Gulf region.
The results of the study showed that the Arab-Arab relations were affected by the regional changes, which were represented by the tension of Arab-Arab relations. These relations led to an escalation of tension between Arab countries with each other.
The above conclusions have require several recommendations, the most important of: which is the need to adopt an integrated approach based on Arabic Union, which qualify its to resolve Arab-Arab disputes, and addressing regional interventions in Arab affairs. It is necessary to build an Arab alliance based on criteria that will consist of establishing an organization Specializing in it, with integrated military dimensions, Economic, and new organization to reformist Arab-Arab relations, all of which are independent of regional and international interference in Arab affairs
