الملخص بالعربية
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق في تكوين الشخصية المنتمية وطنياً لدى الطلبة وعلاقتها بالحفاظ على البيئة المدرسية، وأثر متغيرات الجنس والخبرة والمؤهل العلمي على تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وأعدت استبانة تضمنت فقرات للشخصية المنتمية وطنياً موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: المجال المعرفي والمجال المهاري والمجال الوجداني، وفقرات للحفاظ على البيئة المدرسية موزعة على مجالين هما: البيئة المادية والبيئة المعنوية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (300) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس التابعة لمديرية تربية البادية الشمالية الغربية في محافظة المفرق، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ دور مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق في تكوين الشخصية المنتمية وطنياً لدى الطلبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاء مرتفعاً، وأظهرت النتائج أنّ درجة الحفاظ على البيئة المدرسية لدى طلبة مدارس محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة، وأظهرت النتائج أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول دور مديري مدارس محافظة المفرق في تكوين الشخصية المنتمية وطنياً وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفق متغيري الجنس والخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة الحفاظ على البيئة المدرسية وفق متغيري الجنس والخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين دور مديري المدارس في تكوين الشخصية المنتمية وطنياً ودرجة الحفاظ على البيئة المدرسية. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة على تشجيع الطلبة بالحفاظ على بيئتهم المدرسية من خلال تقديم البرامج التوعوية المستمرة لهم.

 This study aimed at identifying the role of Headmasters of Schools in Mafraq Governorate in the foundation of patriotic personality of students and its relations to maintain the school environment, and the effect of sex ,experience and scientific qualifucation on the estimates of the research sample. The researcher used the descriptive and correlational method and tailored a questionnaire which included the paragraphs of patriotic personality distributed into the following three domains: Cognitive, skillful and emotional together with the paragraphs to maintain the school environment distributed into the following two domains: Physical and moral environments. The population of study consisted of (300) male and female school teachers who are under the supervision of Directorate of Education at North West Badia in Mafraq Governorate. The study concluded that the role of Headmasters of Schools in Mafraq Governorate in the foundation of patriotic personality of students from teachers? perspective was high, and concluded that the degree to maintain the school environment of students in Mafraq Governorate from teachers? perspective was medium. Moreover, the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the evaluations of population of study about the role of Headmasters of Schools in Mafraq Governorate in the foundation of patriotic personality according to education variable, and there were statistically significant differences according to sex and experience variables, In addition ,the results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the estimates of the research sample due to the variables of sex and experience ,and there were no differences due to the scientific qualufication variable. The findings of study showed positive correlational relationship between the role of Headmaster of Schools in the foundation of patriotic personality and degree to maintain the school environment. In the light of results the researcher suggested to encourage students to care for their school environment through the introduction of continuous awareness programs to them
