هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لتوفير بيئة صحية مناسبة للطلبة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من مـديري ومـديرات المـدارس الحكوميـة فـي تربية الزرقاء الأولى في محافظة الزرقاء والبالغ عددهم (127) مديراً ومديرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من مجالين وهما: مجال صعوبات البيئة المادية الصحية، ومجال صعوبات البيئة المعنوية الصحية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لتوفير بيئة صحية مناسبة للطلبة من وجهة نظرهم كانت ضمن مستوى صعوبة بدرجه متوسطة، وجاء المجال المادي في المرتبة الأولى، يليه في المرتبة الثانية المجال المعنوي ضمن مستوى صعوبة بدرجه متوسطة. كما دلت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على الصعوبات التي تواجه مديري المدارس في تربية الزرقاء الأولى لتوفير بيئة صحية مناسبة للطلبة وفقاً لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة والمرحلة التعليمية.
وبناءًا على النتائج فقد أوصت الباحثة بتزويد المدارس بعمال نظافة، وتوفير نظام تدفئة وتكييف لطلبة المدارس، وتقليل أنصبة المعلمين ليكون لديهم مجال للاهتمام بالبيئة الصحية للطلبة، وزيادة المخصصات المالية لصيانة المرافق المدرسية، وضرورة وضع نظام للحوافز المعنوية للعاملين في مجال الصحة المدرسية لزيادة فاعليتهم وأدائهم، وعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلمين العاملين في مجال الصحة المدرسية بصورة دورية لمواكبة المستجدات في التربية الصحية.

This study aimed at identifying the difficulties that face the principals of Zarqa Education Directorate schools, to providethe students a healthy, suitable environment. The study applied the descriptive, survey method. The sample consisted of 127 male and female principals of the public schools in Zarqa Education Directorate, Zarqa Governorate.
To achieve the study objectives, the researcher constructed a questionnaire that consisted of two domains: the health and physical environmental difficulties and the moral and health environment difficulties. The results showed that the level of the difficulties the school principals of Zarqa Education Directorate schools face, to provide a healthy, suitable environment, as viewed by the principals, was medium. The physical domain ranked first, followed by the moral, within a medium difficulty level. The results did not show statistically significant differences in the estimates of the sample participants about the difficulties the school principals in Zarqa Education Directorate schools face, to provide a suitable, healthy environment, ascribed to gender, academic degree, experience or educational stage variables.
In the light of the results, the researcher recommended providing the schools with sanitation workers, heating air-conditioning systems for the students, and decreasing the lessons allocated to the teacher, so as to have time to take care of the healthy environment for the students. The researcher also recommended increasing the financial provisions to maintain the school utilities, setting a system for the moral incentives of the workers in the school health area to increase their effectiveness and performance, and holding periodical training courses for the teachers working in the school health field, to keep pace with the developments in the health education
