الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى رأس المال الفكري ودوره في الاقتصاد المعرفي لشركات الادوية الاردنية, ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة وتوزيعها على عدد من موظفي شركات الادوية في الاردن ومن خلال بيانات (130) استبانة صالحة تم استرجاعها, قامت الباحثة بإجراء عدد من الاختبارات الاحصائية المناسبة مثل المتوسطات الحسابية, والانحرافات المعيارية, والتوزيع الطبيعي, وصدق الأداة, ومصفوفة معاملات الارتباط, والانحدار المتعدد, اظهرت الدارسة عدة نتائج منها أنهناك تفاوت بالأهمية في مكونات رأس المال الفكري لشركات الادوية حيث إنرأس المال البشري الاكثر اهمية بينما رأس المال الهيكلي الاقل اهمية كما اظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود اثر ايجابي لراس المال البشري على الاداء والتنافسية وتطور التكنولوجيا, واثر ايجابي لرأس المال الزبائني على الاداء وتطور التكنولوجي, واثر ايجابي لرأس المال الهيكلي على الاداء والتطور التكنولوجي, واوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري وأدارته بشكل كفؤ لأنه مصدر هام لتحقيق الاداء التنافسي لشركات الادوية الاردنية . |

The objectives of this study is to know the intellectual capital and his part in the knowledge economy for the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies,and to achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher was developed a questionnaire and she distributed it to the employees of pharmaceutical companies in Jordan , and from data of successful 130-quastionnaire , the researcher completed some of appropriate statistical tests such as :calculation averages, standard deviations, natural distribution , coefficient of consistence,matrix correlation coefficients,multiple regression.
the study showed many of results ,one of them showed inequality in the importance of intellectual capital component for pharmaceutical companies ,where the human capital is the most important ,while the structural capital is the least important,as such the results showed positive effect for human capital on the performance ,competitive and technological development ,and positive effect for relationship capital on the performance and technological development ,and positive effect for structural capital on performance and technological development .
Finally the study recommended to increase the concern about intellectual capital and manage it efficiently because it is a significant source to achieve competitive performance for Jordanian pharmaceutical companies
