تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الأرشفة الإلكترونية على أداء العاملين من خلال التطوير التنظيمي في وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي في الأردن، وتمثلت جودة الأرشفة الإلكترونية كمتغير مستقل بابعاده بــ (سهولة الاستخدام، الكفاءة، التفاعل، أمن المعلومات)، واداء العاملين كمتغير تابع، والتطوير التنظيمي كمتغير وسيط بابعاده بــ ( الهيكل التنظيمي، اعادة هندسة العمليات، وتمكين العاملين)، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة مكون من (45) فقرة، تم توزيعها على مجتمع الدارسة والبالغ عددهم (260) موظفاً، من (مدراء، مدراء المديريات، رؤساء الأقسام، رؤساء الشعب، الموظفين)، والذين يمارسون مهامهم في وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي ? الأردن، حيث اتبعت الدراسة أسلوب المسح الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة، وقد اعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) وAMOS)) لتحليل البيانات والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ان مستوى جودة الارشفة الالكترونية متوسط وان بعد امن المعلومات له الاثر الاكبر بمستزى متوسط، وان الكفاءة لها اقل الاثر على جودة الارشفة الالكترونية، وتبين ان مستوى اداء العاملين في الوزارة متوسط، ايضاً ان مستوى التطوير التنظيمي كان متوسط وكان الاثر الاكبر في تمكين العاملين بمستوى متوسط، واعادة هندسة العمليات لها الاثر الاقل في تأثير على جودة الارشفة الالكترونية، انه يوجد أثر لجودة الأرشفة الإلكترونية على اداء العاملين من خلال التطوير التنظيمي في وزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي ? الاردن،
وأوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بتوفير البنية التحتية اللازمة وتوسيع الاستثمار في توفير أحدث الأنظمة والأجهزة التكنولوجية المتخصصة مثل (استخدام أجهزة ماسح ضوئي بمواصفات حديثة، استخدام أجهزة حاسوب أكثر تطور وأكثر سرعة)، لتساعد العاملين على عملهم بأفضل وأسهل الطرق الممكنة، وتوفير الميزانية الكافية لها.

The study aims to identify the impact of the quality of electronic archiving on the performance of workers through the organizational development in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in Jordan, and the quality of electronic archiving as an independent variable in its dimensions (ease of use, efficiency, interaction, information security), and performance Working as a dependent variable, and organizational development as an intermediate variable by dimensioning (organizational structure, re-indian operations, empowering workers), to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of (45) paragraphs, distributed to the study community of (260) employees, from (managers, Directors, department heads, heads of divisions, employees, who are exercising their duties in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation - Jordan, where the study followed the method of comprehensive survey of the study population, the researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, and the statistical packageprogram (SPSS) was used and AMOS to analyze the data and answer the study questions and test their hypotheses.
The study found that the quality of electronic archiving is average and that after the security of information has the greatest impact on the average, and that efficiency has the least impact on the quality of electronic archiving, and shows that the level of performance of the employees in the ministry is average, also that the level of organizational development was average and was the effect Greater in empowering workers at an average level, and the habit of engineering processes has the least impact on the quality of electronic archiving, that there is an impact on the quality of electronic archiving on the performance of workers through organizational development in the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation - Jordan,
The study recommended the attention to providing the necessary infrastructure and expanding investment in the provision of the latest specialized technology systems and devices such as (use scanners with modern specifications, use of more advanced and faster computers), to help workers work in the best and easiest ways possible, and provide an adequate budget for it
