هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان حدود إيراد ابن عاشور لنصوص التوراة والإنجيل في تفسيره
(التحرير والتنوير) وأثره فيه، وقد تكوّنت من مقدمة وتمهيد وأربعة فصول وخاتمة، تناولت الباحثة في الفصل الأول أثر نصوص التوراة والإنجيل في بيان معاني الألفاظ والتراكيب عند ابن عاشور، وفي الفصل الثاني أثر نصوص التوراة والإنجيل في إثبات تصديق القرآن الكريم وإبراز إعجازه، وفي الفصل الثالث أثر نصوص التوراة والإنجيل في معرفة مبهم القرآن الكريم، أما الفصل الرابع؛ فكان موضوعه القيمة العلمية لإيراد ابن عاشور لنصوص التوراة والإنجيل في تفسيره.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج، منها: توضيح ابن عاشور للألفاظ الأعجمية المُعرّبة وبيان أصلها من خلال نصوص التوراة والإنجيل، وبيان دلالة الكلمات الخاصة عند أهل الكتاب، وإثبات تصديق القران ودلائل النبوة والإعجاز التاريخي والتشريعي، وبيان أثر نصوص التوراة والإنجيل في معرفة مبهم القران الكريم من حيث مبهم الزمان والمكان والأشخاص.
وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة الإفادة من الدراسات الحديثة بمنهج ابن عاشور اللغوي في دراسة النص و تحليله.

The study aimed at explainwhy Ibn Ashouruses the texts of the Torah and the Injeelin his Tafessr(al tahrerwa al tanweer ) and its impact on his Interpretation , this theses consisted of introduction , preface and four chapters and the conclusion,
The researcher dealt in the first chapter with the impact of the texts of the Torah and the Gospel in the statement of the meanings , and structures of the word According to Ibn Ashour, In the second chapter I spook about The impact of the texts of the Bible and the Torah the validation of the Quran and highlight the miracle of the Quran , The third chapter the impact of the texts of the Torah and the Bible regarding un clear verses in Quran, The fourth chapter dealt with scientific value of the texts of the Torah and the Gospel used by Ibn Ashour in his interpretation.
The study reached a number of results, including: Clarification of Ibn Ashourfor the non-Arabic words and their origin through the texts of the Torah and the Bible, and the statement of the special words according to the people of the book, and the validation of the Quran and evidence of prophecy and historical and legislative miracles, and the impact of the texts of the Torah and the Bible and benefit from knowledge of the unclear meaning of the Quran In terms of time, place and people.
The researcher recommended the need to benefit from the recent studies of the method of Ibn Ashour language in text study and analysis
