تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع على جودة مشاريع المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي, وقد تناولت أربعة أبعاد للمعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع وهي: (إدارة نطاق وتكامل المشاريع, وإدارة وقت المشاريع وتكلفتها, وإدارة مشتريات المشاريع ومواردها, وإدارة اتصالات المشاريع), وأربعة أبعاد لجودة المشاريع وهي: (معيار الارتباط, ومعيار الكفاءة, ومعيار الفاعلية, ومعيار الأثر, ومعيار الاستدامة).
ولجمع البيانات الأولية تم إعداد استبانة مكونة من (44) فقرة, وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة (مديري الإدارات, ومديري المديريات, ورؤساء الأقسام, والموظفين), والذين يمارسون مهامهم في المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي ? الإدارة العامة (عمان) ? والبالغ عددهم نحو (435) موظفاً.
وتوصلت الدراسة بأن هناك أثر للمعايير الدولية لإدارة المشاريع على جودة مشاريع المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي، وكما بيّنت النتائج وجود أثر لأبعاد (إدارة وقت المشاريع وتكلفتها، وإدارة مشتريات المشاريع ومواردها، وإدارة اتصالات المشاريع) على جودة المشاريع, في حين بيّنت النتائج عدم وجود أثر لبُعد (إدارة نطاق وتكامل المشاريع) على جودة المشاريع.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي على وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية لكافة مشاريعها, لضمان تحقيق أهدافها وغاياتها المنشودة منها, الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يعزز من مستويات نجاحها وتميزها على كافة المستويات.

The aim of this study is to identify the impact of international standards for managing projects on projects quality in the jordanian social security corporation, it dealt with four dimensions for international standards for managing projects: (scope management and projects integration, projects time management and its costs, procurement projects management and their resources and project communications management), and five dimensions of projects quality: (correlation criterion, efficiency criterion, effectiveness criterion, impact criterion and sustainability criterion).
To the collection of primary data, was prepared a questionnaire consisting of (44) items. The study population consists of all (Managers of departments, Directors of directorates, Heads of departments and staff), who perform their duties in Social Security Corporation in Jordan - General Administration (Amman) - The number of employees was about (435) employees.
The study reached there is an the impact of international standards for managing projects on projects quality in the Jordanian social security corporation, and the results also showed that there is an impact of the dimensions of (projects time management and its costs, procurement projects management and their resources and project communications management) on projects quality, while the results showed that there is no trace of the dimension of (scope management and projects integration) on projects quality.
The study recommended that need for the social security corporation to develop strategic plans for all its projects, to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives, which would enhance the levels of success and excellence at all levels
