تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور المنظمات غير الحكومية في حماية حقوق الإنسان في الفترة ما بين (2011- 2018) وقد بينت الدراسة الدور الذي تقوم به منظمة العفو الدولية في حماية حقوق الإنسان, وقد عرجت الدراسة إلى فهم الأنشطة والأهداف التي تسعى لتحقيقيها منظمة العفو الدولية والتي ترتبط بالانتهاكات وقضايا السجن والتعذيب, والانتهاكات المرتبطة بالمرأة والطفل, وتسجيل كل كافة الانتهاكات ورفعها للمجالس التنفيذية لتطبيق القانون.
وقد أظهرت الدراسة دور المنظمات الدولية المتخصصة في حقوق الإنسان في ظل الحروب والأزمات والصراعات الدولية والتي شكات انتهاكات للإنسانية بعد تراجع دور الدولة في حماية حقوق الإنسان, مما اضطرت المنظمات بالتدخل واختراق سيادة الدول لإغراض إنسانية تتمثل في حماية الإنسان وتقديم التسهيلات والمساعدات التي تتعلق بتوفير المأوى والأكل والمشرب.
وتوصلت الدراسة ألى نتائج وتوصيات حيث أكدت الدراسة الى أن هنالك تراجع واضح في دور الدولة في ما يتعلق بحماية حقوق الإنسان, وقد برز هذا التراجع في ظل الحروب الأهلية والاقتتال الداخلي داخل الدول, بسب ان الدولة تصب جهدها في بقاء النظام على حساب حقوق الإنسان, وأوصت الدراسة على ضرورة تطبيق القانون من خلال المحاكم الخاصة على مرتكبي الجرائم سواء كانت دول او مجموعات مسلحة او أحزاب عقائدية بما يكفل ذلك تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايته.

This study seeks to explain the role of NGOs in the protection of human rights between 2011 and 2018. The study shows the role played by Amnesty International in the protection of human rights. The study sought to understand Amnesty International's activities and objectives related to violations, prison and torture cases, violations related to women and children, and to register all violations and submit them to the executive boards to enforce the law.
The study showed the role of international organizations specialized in human rights in light of wars, crises and international conflicts, which are complaints of violations of humanity after the decline of the role of the state in the protection of human rights, which forced the organizations to intervene and infiltrate the sovereignty of states for the humanitarian purposes of human protection and providing facilities and assistance related to providing shelter and eating And the drinker.
The study found that there is a clear decline in the role of the state in terms of the protection of human rights. This decline has emerged in light of civil wars and internal fighting within countries, because the state is striving to maintain the system at the expense of human rights. The study recommended the application of the law through the special courts to the perpetrators of the crimes, whether States or armed groups or ideological parties to ensure the promotion and protection of human rights
