الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقات السياسية والاقتصادية الكويتية الأردنية خلال الفترة 2006-2016. وبناءً على موضوع الدراسة انطلقت الدراسة من فرضية رئيسية مفادها "هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين المحددات الدولية والإقليمية والداخلية وتطور العلاقات بين الدولتين خلال الفترة 2006- 2016 في البعدين السياسي والإقتصادي". واعتمدت الدراسة على المناهج التالية: المنهج الوظيفي ونظرية اتخاذ القرار في السياسة الخارجية.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج كان من أبرزها: وجود حرص القيادات السياسية على توفير أجواء قابلة للتعاون بين البلدين، وأن العلاقات الخليجية الأردنية تمر بمرحلة جديدة تتمثل بإيجابية هذه العلاقات والتنسيق بين الطرفين في جميع القضايا العربية، وتشترك الأردن ودول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مجال السياسة الخارجية بمجموعة من المواقف والثوابت والتطابق في وجهات النظر تجاه بعضهم البعض، وإن هذه العوامل المشتركة بين الطرفين لم تأت من فراغ، قامت على أساس الاحترام المتبادل والتنسيق والتعاون على المستوى السياسي والاقتصادي والأمني.
وبناء على النتائج تتقدم الدراسة بتوصيات كان من أهمها: وجوب النظر إلى أن العلاقات الكويتية- الأردنية كونها علاقات إستراتيجية، وينبغي توسيع مجالات التعاون بين الأردن والكويت وتنسيق الجهود لما يعزز المصالح المشتركة بين الدولتين

The study aimed at identifying the nature of Jordanian Kuwaiti economic and political relationship during the period of 2006-2016. The study relies on major hypothesis that states: there is a correlative relationship between international, regional and internal determinants and relationship between the two countries development in the period of 2006-2016 especially in the political and economic two dimensions.
Study relies on the following methods; task method and decision making in foreign policy theory. The most important results that the study achieved are the presence of political leaderships concern over providing atmospheres that are receptacle to cooperation between the two countries. Thus, the Jordanian- gulf- relationship is going through a new stage characterized by the positivity of this relationship and coordination between the two parties in Al Arab issues. Jordan and Gulf States Cooperation Council, have common stand in foreign policy domain, by a set of stands, constant position and corresponding in point of each other views, these common elements between the two parties have not come from vacuum, instead, it has been established on mutual respect, coordination and cooperation in political, economic and security levels.
Based on results, the study recommends the following: due to the relationship between Kuwait and Jordan a strategic relationship built on cooperation between the two countries must be enlarged along with coordination of efforts towards enhancing common interests between the two states
