هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم، وهدفت أيضا إلى التعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة)؛ فاستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة وأهداف الدراسة الحالية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (302) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي التربية البدنية للمرحلة المتوسطة في العام الدراسي 2015/2016، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول جميع مجالات الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت والأداة ككل تُعزى إلى متغير الجنس، وأشارت أيضا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على جميع مجالات الاحتياجات التدريبية لمعلمي التربية البدنية في دولة الكويت تُعزى إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي، وأظهرت يضا إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لإجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على مجالي أداة الدراسة (الأكاديمي، والإبداع ومهارات التفكير) تُعزى إلى متغير الخبرة |

This study aimed to identify the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait from their perspective, and it aimed to identify the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait according to the variables (gender, educational qualification and experience). The researcher used descriptive approach for its suitability to nature and objectives of the current study, through the questionnaire as tool for collect the data. The sample of the study consisted of (302) males and females teachers from physical education teachers to moderate stage in the academic year 2015- 2016. The results of the study showed there were statistically significant differences between the Arithmetic means for answers of individuals sample study about all domains of the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait a tool as a whole, attributed to gender variable. The results indicated to there were statistically significant differences between the Arithmetic means for answers of individuals sample study about all domains of the needed training needs of the physical education teachers though out their service in Kuwait a tool as a whole, attributed to educational qualification variable.
