هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى تقويم أداء معلمي التربية البدنية في ضوء مبادئ التدريس الفعال في دولة الكويت، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (204) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة للتربية البدنية في منطقة الأحمدي التعليمية في دولة الكويت بواسطة اسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم تحليل الاستبانات والتأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها بواسطة الطرق العلمية المعروفة.
وتم استخدام التحليل الإحصائي المتقدم للإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها ما يلي:
- أظهرت نتائج الدراسة بعد تقديم وصف كامل لمجالات اداء معلمي التربية البدنية في ضوء مبادئ التدريس الفعال في دولة الكويت، أن درجة أداء معلمي التربية البدنية في ضوء مبادئ التدريس الفعال في دولة الكويت جاءت بدرجة متوسطة ، وبمتوسط حسابي مقداره (2.50) على المجالات مجتمعة " الدرجة الكلية " حيث جاء مجال التخطيط والإدارة الصفية في المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.70) ، تليها الاستراتيجيات التدريسية بنسبة ( 2.59 ) ، والمهارة الحركية بنسبة ( 2.48)، ومهارات الاتصال والتواصل مع الطلبة بنسبة ( 2.44 ) وأخيراً التقويم ( 2.30).
وأضهرت نتائج الدراسة المقدمة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس على كل مجال من مجالات الأداة وعلى المجالات مجتمعة ، باستثناء المجال الأول ( التخطيط والإدارة الصفية ) حيث جاءت الفروق ذات الدلالة عليه فقط ولصالح الإناث.
وبينت نتائج الدراسة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على كل مجال من مجالات الأداة وعلى المجالات مجتمعة.
كما بينت نتائج الدراسة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة على كل مجال من مجالات الأداة وعلى المجالات مجتمعة ، باستثناء المجال الرابع (التقويم ) ، فقد جاءت الفروق لصالح أصحاب الخبرة الطويلة لأكثر من 10 سنوات.
وأوصت الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية وورش عمل لمعلم التربية البدنية لتطوير مهارات التدريس في الإعداد والتدريب والتقويم، وذلك أن درجة توافر مهارات التدريس لديهم جاءت متوسطة، وضرورة اعتماد التدريس الفعال في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية لأنها ضمان لتنمية القدرات والميول المعرفية لدى الطالب وتفوقه، والتأكيد من قبل المشرفين أثناء زياراتهم إلى المدارس على المعلمين لاستخدام استراتيجيات التدريس الفعال في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية.

This study aimed to identify to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers in the light of the principles of effective teaching in the State of Kuwait, and to achieve this goal is the use of descriptive and analytical approach, the study sample consisted of (204) coefficient and teacher of teachers of middle school physical education in educational AL-Ahmadi area in Kuwait by the style of simple random sampling, questionnaires were analyzed and ensure the veracity of the tool and its persistence known by scientific methods.
It was the use of advanced statistical analysis to answer questions about the study, and the study found a range of results including the following:
- The results of the study after providing more complete description of the areas of performance of physical education teachers in the light of the principles of effective teaching in the State of Kuwait, and analyze the results of the first question (statistically) that the degree of performance of physical education teachers in the light of the principles of effective teaching in Kuwait medium, and a mean of $ (2.50 ) on the combined "total score areas" where the field of planning and classroom management came in the first rank of the highest arithmetic average was (2.70), followed by instructional strategies by (2.59), and motor skill by (2.48), communication skills and communicate with students by (2.44), and finally Calendar (2.30), and the researcher attributes to the fact that the field of planning and classroom management planning skill is the first skill precedes the teaching process, during which it determines the action steps the teacher who will do and determine everything he needs from educational materials or effective strategies.
- Showed results as the second question, to the effect, "Are there any statistically significant differences in the performance of physical education teachers differences in the light of the principles of effective teaching in Kuwait at the significance level (? = 0.05) due to gender, experience and qualifications.
Came the answer the second question that there is no statistically significant due to the variable sex on every area of the tool and the combined areas of differences, with the exception of the first area (planning and classroom management) where he came of significant differences it all in favor of females, probably due to the females they follow the methods and strategies teaching modern systematically and effectively, leading to achieve the desired goals, and all of this is consistent with the nature of the female in love and respect for diversity of views and feelings.
It showed answer the second question that there is no statistically significant due Qualification on every area of the tool and the combined areas of variable differences, and can be explained in that, although qualification for teachers difference, but they are in the source of one in terms of setup and rehabilitation operations, all of them are interested cognitive aspect.
Came the answer the second question that there is no statistically significant due to the variable years of experience on every area of the tool and the combined areas, with the exception of the fourth field differences (calendar), the differences in favor of the owners of long experience came for more than 10 years, and can be explained by the fact that progress in experience It increases the ability to Calendar. The study recommended the holding of training courses and workshops for teachers of physical education for the development of teaching skills in the preparation and training calendar, so that the degree of availability of teaching skills have come a medium, and the need to adopt effective teaching in teaching physical education because they ensure the capacity development of cognitive orientation to the student and his superiority, and confirmation by the supervisors during their visits to schools on teachers to use effective teaching strategies in teaching physical education
