هدفت الدراسة التّعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس في تعزيز مهارات الحياة لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في منطقة الجهراء من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطوير استبانة وزعت على (628) معلمًا ومعلمة في منطقة الجهراء التّعليمية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدور مديري المدارس في تعزيز مهارات الحياة لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في منطقة الجهراء كانت مرتفعة، وكذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة لدور مديري المدارس في تعزيز مهارات الحياة لدى طلبة المرحلة المتوسطة في منطقة الجهراء تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ما عدا مجال الدعوة لكسب التّأييد حيث أظهرت النّتائج وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس وجاءت الفروق لصالح المعلمات، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ما عدا مجالي الاتصال والتّواصل والدعوة لكسب التّأييد حيث أظهرت النّتائج وجود فروق تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجاءت الفروق لصالح حملة البكالوريوس، وتوصلت الدراسة أيضًا إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، ما عدا مجال الدعوة لكسب التّأييد، حيث جاءت الفروق بين ذوي الخبرة من 5-10 سنوات، وأكثر من 10 سنوات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي الخبرة أكثر من 10 سنوات، وأظهرت النّتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة تعزى لمتغير العمر في جميع المجالات والأداة ككل.
وبناء على النّتائج أوصت الدراسة بإشراك الطلبة في الأنشطة وعقد الندوات والمحاضرات لإخراجهم من الضغوط النفسية والتوترات العصبية، وتدريب الطلبة على استخدام الأسلوب العلمي في حل المشكلات.

The Study aimed to identify the role of Schools Principals in promoting life skills for the intermediate Students In Al-jahraa district in State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view, were use the descriptive approach through the development of a questionnaire distributed to (628) teachers in Jahraa educational district, the study concluded that the role of Schools Principals in promoting life skills for the intermediate Students In Al-jahraa in State of Kuwait from the teachers' point of view was high, and there were no significant differences statistically in the perceptions of teachers in the middle stage of the role of school principals in promoting life skills among middle school students in the Jahraa area due to gender, except advocacy to gain support where results showed a differences due to the variable gender came differences to females, also found that there no differences statistically significant differences attributed to the educational qualification variable, except the domains of communication and advocacy to gain support where results showed a differences attributed to the educational qualification variable and came differences in favor of bachelor's degree, and reached also to the absence of significant differences due to the years of experience, except advocacy to gain support, where it came from differences between experienced 5-10 years and more than 10 years, and it came differences to more than 10 years, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in perceptions of teachers in the middle stage of the role of school principals in promoting life skills among middle school students in Al-Jahraa differences due to the variable age.
Based on these results the study recommended engaging the students in activities and seminars to get them out from health pressures and training students on scientific method to solve problems
