هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة مراعاة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت لبعض القيم وعلاقتها بأداء المعلمين، والتعرف إلى أثر متغيرات الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة على درجة استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، والكشف عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين درجة مراعاة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت لبعض القيم ومستوى أداء المعلمين من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عدد من المعلمين والمعلمات في محافظة الفروانية والبالغ عددهم (236) معلمة ومعلمة، بنسبة (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة للعام الدراسي 2015-2016م. وقد استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة.
وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة مراعاة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت لبعض القيم من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية ( 0.05) في درجة مراعاة مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت لبعض القيم تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً أن مستوى أداء المعلمين في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم جاء بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة الإحصائية ( 0.05) في مستوى أداء المعلمين في مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في محافظة الفروانية في دولة الكويت تبعاً لمتغيرات الجنس، والعمر، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية وموجبة بين درجة مراعاة مديري المدارس لبعض القيم وأداء المعلمين.
وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بالعمل على تنمية القيم الواردة في هذه الدراسة لدى مديري المدارس من خلال تدريبهم وتثقيفهم وتوعيتهم بأهمية تطبيقها في العمل، وأن تؤخذ القيم الواردة في هذه الدراسة من قبل المؤسسات التربوية بعين الإعتبار عند عملية ترشيحات مدراء المدارس، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات المشابهة لهذه الدراسة حول موضوع القيم.

The study aimed to determine the degree of consideration of intermediate school principals in Al Farwanyah Governorate in the State of Kuwait for some values and its relationship with the performance of teachers, and to identify the impact of the variables of sex, age, academic qualification, and years of experience on the degree of the study sample responses, and detecting the presence of statistically significant correlation between the consideration of school principals for the values and the level of performance of teachers from the point of view of the teachers themselves. The study sample consisted of (236) male and female teachers, (10%) of the study population in the school year 2015-2016. The researcher used a questionnaire as the tool of the study to collect the data.
After conducting the statistical analysis, the results of the study showed that determine the degree of consideration of intermediate school principals in Al Farwanyah Governorate in the State of Kuwait for some values from the teachers' perspectives was moderate, and the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance ( 0.05) in the degree of consideration of intermediate school principals in Al Farwanyah Governorate in the State of Kuwait for some values due to the variables of sex, age, academic qualification, and years of experience. The study results also showed that the level of the performance of teachers at the intermediate schools in Farwaniya in Kuwait was High, and the results showed no statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance
( 0.05) in the teachers' performance level at the intermediate level schools in Farwaniya in Kuwait due to sex, age, educational qualification, and years of experience. Finally, the results showed a positive correlation between the degree of taking into account the principals of some values and the performance of teachers.
In light of the findings, the researcher recommended to work on the development of the values contained in this study with the school principals through training tomake them aware of the importance of the application in action, and that the values contained in this study are taken into consideration by the educational institutions when nominations principals process, and further studies similar to this study on the subject of values should be conducted
