الملخص بالعربية
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة التزام مديري مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأثر متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة والمنطقة التعليمية، واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي نظراً لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وأهدافها، وتم تطوير أداة، لقياس التزام مديري مدارس الثانوية في التعليم العام في دولة الكويت بأخلاقيات المهنة، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية تكونت من(300) معلماً ومعلمة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى نتائج كان من أهمها: وجود درجة مرتفعة من التزام مديري مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت بأخلاقيات المهنة من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وبينت الدراسة وجود درجة مرتفعة ودرجة التزام مديري مدارس التعليم العام في دولة الكويت بأخلاقيات المهنة على مجال التزام المدير نحو المعلمين، واهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استجابات افراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والمنطقة التعليمية،وبينت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة على جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال التزام المدير نحو الطلبة واتجاه المجتمع، وجاءت الفروق لصالح (من 5- 10) سنوات. وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج, توصي الباحثة بما يلي لتحقيق المزيد من الالتزام بأخلاقيات المهنة: العمل على مساعدة المديرين على تعزيز تحليهم بأخلاقيات المهنة في مجال تقييم المعلمين بشكل عادل وذلك من خلال تحديد الأسس والمعايير التي يقوم عليها تقييم المعلمين. وتزويد المديرين بالكتيبات التي توضح الأخلاق التي يجب على مديري المدرسة التحلي بها وذلك لتطبيق الأخلاقيات التي قد لا يكون المدير ملتزماً بها. وتوعية المديرين بأن أخلاقهم تشمل مسؤولياتهم تجاه الطلبة , والمعلمين , والإدارة, والمدرسة, والمجتمع.

 The study aimed to identify the degree of commitment to public education schools in the State of Kuwait, the ethics of the profession from the teachers' point of view, and the impact of gender, academic qualifications and years of experience and the school district, and adopted a researcher in this study descriptive method survey due to its relevance to the nature of the study and its objectives were to develop a tool to measure the commitment secondary school principals in public education in Kuwait ethics of the profession, was chosen as a random sample consisted of (300) teachers. The study results were most important: the existence of a high degree of general education schools managers commitment to the State of Kuwait ethics from the teachers' point of view, the study showed the presence of a high degree and the degree of commitment to public schools managers in Kuwait ethics on the field of commitment of the Director at the teachers, and showed Results the absence of significant statistical differences in the sample responses due to the variable gender, educational qualification and the school district, and showed a lack of statistically significant due to the variable expertise on all areas except commitment of the Director towards the students and the direction of the community differences, and came differences in favor (from 5-10 years) . In light of the findings of the study results, researcher recommends the following to achieve a greater commitment to the ethics of the profession: working to help managers enhance entering into the ethics of the profession in the field of teacher evaluation fairly and by identifying the principles and criteria on which the teacher evaluation. And provide managers with handbooks that explain the morals that school administrators must exercise them in order to apply the ethics that Director may not be committed to them. And educating managers that the morals of their responsibilities to include students, teachers, administration, school, and community
