الملخص بالعربية |
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان اثر الثورة المعلوماتية في تشكيل الرأي العام في الدول النامية عامة والأردن خاصة (كحالة دراسة)، ذلك أن الأردن كغيره من الدول النامية تأثر بالثورة المعلوماتية والاتصالية خلال الفترة من 2011-2015 من ناحية تشكيل الرأي العام الذي لعب دورا هاما في زيادة المساهمين من أبناء الأردن في تشكيل آراء حول القضايا الدولية، والإقليمية والوطنية.
وتستند الدراسة على فرضية رئيسية مفادها أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه بين ثورة المعلومات وأثرها في تشكيل الرأي العام في الدول النامية عامة، والأردن بشكل خاص، وبناء على مشكلة الدراسة وأهدافها تم توظيف منهج نظرية تحليل النظم التي ساعدت على تحليل الخطوات التي أثرت في تشكيل الرأي العام في الدول النامية والأردن من حيث كمية المعلومات ووسائل الاتصال الناتجة عن تكنولوجيا المعلومات ونجاحه في القضايا السياسية والاقتصادية وكذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصف التحليلي الذي عمل على وصف الحالة الاقتصادية والسياسية والإعلامية في الدول النامية والأردن بشكل خاص من خلال الفترة من 2011-2015.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها : أن هناك علاقة متبادلة بين الثورة المعلوماتية وتشكيل الرأي العام من جهة والثورة المعلوماتية والإعلام من جهة أخرى وبخاصة في الأردن، وكذلك فإن للثورة المعلوماتية أثرا بالغا في توفير معلومات غنية ومهمة ووفيرة، ودورها في سرعة نقل الخبر والمعلومة الذي أدى إلى تشكيل الرأي العام لدى الدولة والفرد في الدول النامية والأردن بسرعة كبيرة.
وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالناحية الايجابية لثورة المعلومات في تشكيل الرأي العام الصائب الذي يقوم على أسس منطقية ودراسات وأبحاث، والعمل على توظيف ثورة المعلومات في خدمة القضايا الوطنية والإقليمية والعربية والدولية، وكذلك أوصت الدراسة بإجراء المزيد من الدراسات حول موضوع اثر للثورة المعلوماتية في تشكيل الرأي العام في الدول النامية والأردن بشكل خاص.

This study aims to trace the information revolution statement in shaping public opinion in general developing countries, Jordan and private (as a case study), so that Jordan, like other developing countries affected by the revolution of information and communication during the period from 2011 to 2015 in terms of the formation of public opinion, which has played an important role in increase the shareholders of the sons of Jordan in the formation of views on international issues, regional and national.
The study is based on the key assumption that there is a correlation between the information revolution and its impact in shaping public opinion in general developing countries, and Jordan in particular, upon the problem of the study and its objectives have been employing a systems approach that helped to analyze the steps that have influenced the formation of public opinion in the analysis of the theory developing countries and Jordan in terms of the amount of information and means of communication resulting from information technology and its success in the political and economic issues as well as the approach was used analytical description of the work on the description of the economic, political and media situation in developing countries and Jordan, in particular, through the period of 2011-2015.
The study found a range of results was most important: that there is a correlation between the information revolution and the formation of public opinion on the one hand and the information technology revolution and the media on the other hand, and his success in Jordan, as well as the revolution of informatics profound impact in providing a rich and important and plentiful information, and their role in the news transfer speed the information that led to the formation of public opinion in the State and the individual in developing countries and Jordan very quickly.
The study recommended that interest aspect positive of the information revolution in the formation of the right of public opinion which is based on a logical and studies and research foundations, and work to recruit the information revolution in the service of national, regional, Arab and international issues, as well as the study recommended further studies on the subject after the revolution of information in the form of opinion year in developing countries and Jordan in particular
