هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف "مستوى مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر في الأردن ". ولتحقيق هذا الهدف سعت الدراسة للإجابة عن الأسئلة التالية:
1. ما مستوى مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر في الأردن وما علاقتها ببعض المتغيرات؟
2. هل يختلف مستوى المقروئية لكتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر باختلاف تحصيل الطلبة؟
3. هل يختلف مستوى المقروئية لكتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر باختلاف الجنس؟
استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع طلبة الصف الحادي عشر في مديرية تربية قصبة المفرق وقد بلغ عددهم 2561 طالباً وطالبة ، وجميع النصوص النثرية في كتاب علوم الحاسوب المقرر على طلبة الصف الحادي عشر، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (122) طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الصف الحادي عشر منهم (62) طالبة، و(60) طالباً، جرى اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية من مدرستين حكوميتين تابعتين لمديرية تربية قصبة المفرق للعام الدراسي 2017/2018 واحدة للذكور والأخرى للإناث، وقد تم اختيار ثلاث شعب من مدرسة ذكور وشعبتين من مدرسة إناث بالطريقة العشوائية، أما عينة الموضوعات فقد جرى اختيار ثلاث نصوص نثرية من كتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر لم يسبق لأفراد عينة الدراسة الإطلاع عليها حيث اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة أعدت الباحثة اختبار التتمة أو الإغلاق( cloze test) كأداة لقياس مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب، وطبق الاختبار على عينة الدراسة بعد التحقق من صدقة وثباته، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يأتي:
1. أن مستوى مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب المقرر للصف الحادي عشر في مدارس التربية والتعليم الأردنية وقع اغلبه ضمن المستوى المستقل من مستويات المقروئية بواقع ( 48.9 %)، وتبعها في المرتبة الثانية المستوى الإحباطي بنسبة ( 35.1 %) وأخيراً المستوى التعليمي بنسبة (1. 16%)، وبجمع نسبة المستويين التعليمي والمستقل نجد أن نسبة مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب بلغت (65 % ).
2. توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 0.05) بين التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة في مادة الحاسوب في الصف العاشر ومستوى مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب للصف الحادي عشر.
3. توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (? ? 0.05) في مستوى مقروئية كتاب علوم الحاسوب تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث،وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات أهمها إجراء دراسة مقارنة في مستوى المقروئية بين الكتب العلمية والكتب الأدبية .

The main objective of the study was to examine the level of readability of the computer science text book for the eleventh grade in Jordan .To achieve this objective , the study attempted to answer the following questions:
1 ? What is the the level of readability of the computer science text book for the eleventh grade in Jordan and what is its relation to some variables ?
2 ? Are there any statistical differences in the level of readability of the computer science text book of the eleventh grade attributed to students achievement ?
3 - Are there any statistical differences in the level of readability of the computer science text book of the eleventh grade attributed to the gender of the students ?
The study used the descriptive method .The population of the study consisted of all the eleventh grade students at Mafraq Education Directorate schools and all reading text in computer science textbook of the eleventh grade .The sample of the study consisted of (122) male and female eleventh grade students (60 males and 62 females) selected from two public schools at AL Mafraq Urban Educational Directorate in the academic year 2017/2018 . From this , (1) school was for girls and (1) was for boys. Three sections of the boys school and also two sections of the girls school were randomly selected. As for the reading text included in this study , they were randomly selected from eleventh grade computer textbook that were not previously read by the sampled subject ; and these were also randomly selected .
To answer the questions of the study , the researcher developed a cloze test to measure the readability level of the computer science text book. The test was administrated to the sampled students after validity and reliability had been obtained.
The results of the study indicated :
1 ? The most of the readability level of the computer science text book for the eleventh grade was in the independent level.
2 ? there were statistically significant at ( ? ? 0,05 ) in the readability level for the computer science text book for the eleventh grade in Jordan due to gender, in favor of females.
3 ? there was a statistically significant correlation at ( ? ? 0,05 ) between students ; achievement level and reading text readability level in eleventh grade computer science text book in Jordan .
In light of the results reported in the current study.
