هدفت الدِّراسة التعرف الى الكفايات الفنية لمديري مدارس دولة الكويت وعلاقتها بأدائهم الإشرافي، وأثر متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) في ذلك، وتكوَّنت عينة الدراسة من (320) معلماً ومعلمة و(113) مديراً ومديرة مدرسة، وتم تطوير أداة لقياس متغيرات الدِّراسة تكونت من محورين الأول لقياس الكفايات الفنية لمديري المدارس، وتكوَّن من (36) فقرة موزعة على اربعة مجالات وهي (مجال العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً، التخطيط، العمل مع الطالب، الاداري)، والمحور الثاني لقياس أدائهم الإشرافي وتكوَّن من (36) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وأظهرت نتائج الدِّراسة الكفايات الفنية لمديري مدارس دولة الكويت جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً (الإداري، العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً، العمل مع الطالب، التخطيط ) وجميعها جاءت بمستوى مرتفع. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات بإستثناء مجال العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور والمجال الإداري وجاءت لصالح الذكور كذلك، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى للمؤهل العلمي وذلك على جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية(?? 0.05) تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً وجاءت لصالح حملة الماجستير فأكثر. وأظهرت نتائج الدِّراسة أن درجة الأداء الإشرافي لمديري المدارس في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً (العمل مع الطالب، التخطيط، الاداري، العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً) وجميعها جاءت بمستوى مرتفع، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً وجاءت الفروق لصالح الذكور والمجال الإداري وجاءت لصالح الذكور كذلك، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى للمؤهل العلمي وذلك على جميع المجالات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية (?? 0.05) تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات بإستثناء مجال العمل مع المعلمين وتنميتهم مهنياً وفنياً وجاءت لصالح حملة الماجستير فأكثر. وخرجت الدراسة لمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها، تعميم تجارب مديري مدارس محافظتي حولي والعاصمة بدولة الكويت في التخطيط والعمل مع الطالب والمعلم والإدارة على بقية المحافظات في دولة الكويت. الاستمرار في عقد الدورات والبرامج بالكفايات الفنية لمديري المدارس، لمحافظتي حولي والعاصمة بدولة الكويت في مجالات تطوير العمل الفني والمهني، وتطوير العمل الإداري، وتوظيف التقنيات التربوية، شؤون الطلبة، وتطوير العلاقة مع المعلمين لما لها من أهمية واضحة حسب نتائج الدراسة.

 The study aimed to identify the technical skills for managers of schools, the State of Kuwait and its relationship to the performance oversight, and the impact of variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience) to do so, the study sample consisted of 320 teachers and 113 principals School, it has been the development of a tool to measure variables of the study consisted of the first two axes to measure the technical skills for school administrators, and be one of the (36) items distributed on four areas, namely, (working with teachers and development of professional and technical, planning, working with the student, administrative), and the second axis to measure the performance of their supervisory role and be one of the (36 ) items, were checking the veracity of the tool and its persistence. The study results showed technical skills for managers of schools of the State of Kuwait came at a high level, and came fields in descending order (administrative, work with teachers and development of professionally and technically, to work with the student, planning) and all of them came at a high level. The results also showed no statistically significant differences (?? 0.05) due to the effect of sex in all areas with the exception of working with teachers and development of professionally and technically, and came differences in favor of males and administrative area and was in favor of males as well, and that there were no statistically significant differences (?? 0.05 ) attributed to the educational qualification and so on all areas, and the lack of significant differences (?? 0.05) due to the impact of years of experience in all areas with the exception of working with teachers and development of professionally and technically and were in favor of the masters and more campaign. The study results showed that the performance of supervisory directors of schools in the State of Kuwait degree of teachers perspective came at a high level, and came fields in descending order (to work with the student, planning, managing, working with teachers and development of professionally and technically), all of which came at a high level, and the results showed no significant differences (?? 0.05) due to the effect of sex in all areas with the exception of working with teachers and development of professionally and technically and were differences in favor of males and administrative area and was in favor of males as well, and that there were no statistically significant differences (?? 0.05) attributed to the educational qualification and so on all areas, and the lack of significant differences (?? 0.05) due to the impact of years of experience in all areas with the exception of working with teachers and development of professionally and technically and were in favor of the masters and more campaign. Circulating around the provinces of schools managers experiments and the capital of Kuwait in the planning and work with the student and the teacher and the administration on the rest of the provinces in the State of Kuwait. Continue to hold courses and programs competencies artistic principals, for the provinces around the capital, the State of Kuwait in the areas of development of technical and professional work, and the development of administrative work, employing TMS, Student Affairs, and develop a relationship with the teachers because of their obvious importance according to the results of the study
