هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر معايير الجودة الشاملة في الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات المرحلة الأساسية من وجهة نظر المديرات في محافظة المفرق ، وإلى تقويم الأداء التدريسي لمعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مديرات المدارس الأساسية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة المفرق وعددهن (69)، واستبانة مكونة من (61)، وزعت على (9) مجالات هي: السمات الشخصية، والتخطيط للتدريس، والأنشطة الصفية، والإلمام بالمادة العلمية، والبيئة الصفية، واستخدام تقنيات التعليم، والمجتمع المحلي، والحوافز والتعزيز، والتقويم، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مجالالسمات الشخصية جاءفي المرتبة الأولى بأعلى متوسط حسابي بلغ (3.68)، بينما جاء مجال الحوافز والتعزيز في المرتبة الأخيرة وبمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.44)، وإلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a?0.05)تعزىللمؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات وفي الأداة ككل، كما أسفرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية a?0.05)) تعزى لأثر التخصص في جميع المجالات وفي الدرجة الكلية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح تخصص إدارة تربوية، وإلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a?0.05)تعزى لسنوات الخبرة في الإدارةفي جميع المجالات وفي الأداة ككل باستثناء الأنشطة الصفية، والإلمام بالمادة العلمية.
وبعد الإنتهاء من استخراج نتائج الدراسة ومناقشتها، قدمت الباحثةعدة توصيات منها ضرورةتدريب مدراء المدارس على مهارات التوجيه والمتابعة للأداء التدريسي للمعلمات في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة.

This study aimed to identify the availability of comprehensive quality standards in teaching the basic stage performance parameters from the point of view of school principals in the Mafraq Governorate, and to evaluate teaching performance parameters the basic stage in the light of overall quality standards, the study sample consisted of directors of basic schools in the education directorate Jerash wing brigade (69), the identification of (61), were distributed to (9) areas: personal characteristics, planning and teaching activities and classroom instruction, knowledge of the article, the environment, scientific fora and the use of education techniques, and community, incentives and promotion, calendar, the results of the study showed that the area of the personal characteristics came in the first rank, the highest average my account amounted to (3.68), while the incentive and promotion in the last rank and average my account amounted to (2.44), and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a?0.05) Due The scientific qualification in all areas in the instrument as a whole, as well as results of a statistically significant differences a?0.05) attributed the impact of specialization in all areas in the overall class, differences in favor of specialization came Educational Administration, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a?0.05) attributed to years of experience in the department in all areas in the tool as a whole except for the integrated classroom activities, knowledge of the article.
After the completion of the extraction of the results of the study and debate, the researcher made several recommendations, including the need for training of school directors on the follow-up teaching performance routing skills for teachers in the light of the overall quality standards
