The study aimed to identify the administrative and technical difficulties Faced special education teachers in schools Qurayyat and the impact of each of the qualification, years of service and the type of disability That deals with the teacher ,school construction type , school structure in It, and study sample consisted of (50) a teachers in Qurayyat And it found that the degree of estimating the administrative difficulties faced by special education teachers in Qurayyat from their perspective came medium , came the areas in descending order (the field of educational sup ervision, school administration, techers) and the field of educational super vision and came highly, and the field of school administration and teachers degree Mtosth . kma results showed that the degree of estimating the administrative difficulties faced by special education teachers in Qurayyat from their point of view in the fieid of school administration came medium, the degree of estimating the administraties faced by special education teachers in Qurayyat from their point of view in the field of teachers came medium ,and the results showed that the degree of estimating the administrative difficulties faced by special education teachers in Qurayyat from their point of view in the field of educational supervision came medium, the results showed a statistically significant due to the impact of differences in experience. In light of the findings of its study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendation , including the : the intense interest in the individuals with special needs Affairs, through the appropriate school climate for students, and the development of educational and therapeutic programs for effective training and education provision
