هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن درجة استخدام معلمي غرف مصادر التعلم لتكنولوجيا التعليم ومعيقات استخدامها في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الاردن من وجهة نظرهم، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 182 معلما ومعلمة من معلمي غرف مصادر التعلم في مختلف مدارس المملكة تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي، ومن اجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث ببناء استبانة مكونة من (39) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، وقد تم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان درجة استخدام معلمي غرف مصادر التعلم لتكنولوجيا التعليم ومعيقات استخدامها في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الأردن متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام معلمي غرف مصادر التعلم لتكنولوجيا التعليم ومعيقات استخدامها في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الأردن تعزى الى خبرة المعلم لصالح من خبرتهم من (2-5) سنوات و(5) سنوات فأكثر، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة استخدام معلمي غرف مصادر التعلم لتكنولوجيا التعليم في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم في الأردن تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث، و للمؤهل العلمي لصالح الدبلوم العالي والماجستير، و أظهرت النتائج ان المعوقات التي تحد من استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم في تعليم ذوي صعوبات التعلم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وتبين ان هناك فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في معيقات استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم يعزى لجنس المعلم بدرجة اكبر لدى الذكور ولدى ذوي الخبرة اقل من سنتين، كما تبين عدم وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية في المعيقات يعزى للمؤهل العلمي.
وبناءً على هذه النتائج أوصى الباحث بتوفير الوسائل التكنولوجية في جميع غرف المصادر بالإضافة الى عقد الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة بكيفية استخدامها، واجراء المزيد من الدراسات المشابهة للكشف عن درجة استخدام معلمو غرف المصادر لتكنولوجيا التعليم والمعيقات التي تواجههم.

The study is aimed at revealing the degree of use of learning resource room teachers for learning technology and the obstacles to using it in the education of people with learning disabilities in Jordan from their perspectives. The study sample consisted of 182 teachers and teachers of learning resource rooms in different schools in the Kingdom. To achieve objectives of the study the researcher built a questionnaire consisting of (39) paragraphs distributed in two areas, has been verified the validity and stability.
The results of the study showed that the degree of use of learning resource room teachers for learning technology and the obstacles to be used in teaching learning difficulties in Jordan is medium. The results also showed significant differences in the use of learning room teachers for learning technology and the obstacles to using them in teaching learning difficulties in Jordan due to the experience of the teacher for the benefit of their experience of (2-5) years and (5) years and more, and the existence of differences of statistical significance in the degree of use of teachers of learning resource rooms for education technology in the education with learning difficulties students in Jordan due to the gender variable and for the benefit of females and the scientific qualification for Higher Diploma and Masters. And the results showed that the obstacles that limit the use of educational technology in the education of students with learning difficulties came to a medium degree, and found that there is a difference of statistical significance in the obstacles to the use of educational technology is due to the sex of the teacher more significantly in males and with less than two years of experience, The absence of a statistically significant difference in impediments was also due to the scientific qualification.
Based on these results, the researcher recommended the provision of technological means in all resource rooms in addition to holding specialized training courses on how to use them, and conducting more similar studies to reveal the degree to which the teachers of the resource rooms use the educational technology and the obstacles facing them
