الملخص بالعربية |
شملت دراسة الفتاوى الصيرفية على دراسة وتحقيق القسم المقرر، فقسمت الدراسة - بعد المقدمة- إلى قسمين :
القسم الأول - قسم الدراسة - وفيه أربعة مباحث :
المبحث الأول : حياة المؤلف وفيه، اسمه ولقبه ، مولده ووفاته ، مكانته العلمية ، شيوخه وتلاميذه ومؤلفاته .
المبحث الثاني : عن الكتاب وفيه، نسبة الكتاب إلى المؤلف ، أهمية الكتاب ، أهمية الكتاب في المذهب الحنفي ، منهجه في التأليف .
المبحث الثالث : الاختصارات التي اعتمدها المؤلف .
المبحث الرابع : وصف النسخ المعتمدة في التحقيق .
القسم الثاني- قسم التحقيق- وحققت فيه المواضيع الآتيه :
أحكام الحياض ، أحكام الحمام ، أحكام النجاسة ، أحكام الحيض ، أحكام الوضوء ،أحكام التيمم، أحكام الصلاة ، أحكام المقتدي ، أحكام قضاء الفوائت ، أحكام المعذور ، أحكام المسافر ، أحكام الجمعة ، أحكام الميت ، أحكام المسجد ، أحكام الزكاة ، نوع في النذر ، نوع في التوكيل بالصدقة والرجوع فيه ، نوع في الهبه ، نوع في الرجوع ، نوع في الإبراء ، أحكام الصوم والنذر ، أحكام النكاح ، نوع ما يكون نكاحا وما لا يكون ، نوع فيما يكون إجازة وما لا ، نوع في شهود النكاح واختلاف الزوجين ، أحكام المهر ، أحكام النفقة ، أحكام الأمر ، أحكام الطلاق، أحكام الخلع ، أحكام العدة ، أحكام الرجعة ، نوع في الظهار والإيلاء ، أحكام العتق .
ثم الخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج الدراسة وتوصياتها .

الملخص بالانجليزي |
The study of banking advisory opinion has included researching and investigating the determined part. It has been also divided into two parts excepting the introduction.
First Part - Study Part -: It has four topics as follows:
First Topic: The life of author including his name, surname, birth, death, scientific position, Sheiks, students and works.
Second Topic: The banking advisory opinions including the attribution of book to the author, the importance of banking advisory opinions, the importance of banking advisory opinions in the Hanafi school and his approach in authorship.
Third Topic: The abbreviations that the author has adopted.
Fourth Topic: The description of certified copies in the investigation.
Second Part ? Investigation Part ?: The following issues have been investigated in it:
Judgments of menstruation, judgments of bathroom, judgments of impurity, judgments of monthly period, judgments of ablution, judgments of Tayammum, judgments of prayer, judgments of performing prayer behind an Imam, judgments of making up for missed prayers, judgments of excuser, judgments of traveler, judgments of Friday, judgments of the dead, judgments of mosque, judgments of Zakah, type of vow, type of deputing and taking back charity, type of donation, type of taking back, type of exempting, judgments of fasting and vow, judgments of marriage, What is a type of marriage and what is not, what is permitted and what is not, type of the witnesses of marriage and the conflict among spouses, judgments of dower, judgments of alimony, judgments of command , judgments of divorce, judgments of divorce at instance of wife who pays compensation, judgments of waiting period, judgments of revocable divorce, judgments of Al-Zhihar and Al-Ela?a, and judgments of emancipation.
The conclusion has included the most important results and recommendations of study
