This study aimed to know the effect of mixing method in the acquisition of grammatical concepts and memorizing them for the ninth-grade students in state of Kuwait, and the semi- experimental method was used. The study sample consisted of (45) students that were divided into two groups; the first group was an experimental one that consisted of (22) student. And the second group was a control group which consisted of (23) student. The researcher used two tools designed by him which are: an achievement test to measure the understanding of students for the grammatical concepts, and the program based on the method of mixing. The results of the study have come to the effectiveness of method of mixing in the acquisition of grammatical concepts for the ninth-grade students in state of Kuwait. And The results of the study have come to the effectiveness of method of mixing in the memorizing of grammatical concepts for the ninth-grade students in state of Kuwait. And in light of the findings of the study, a number of recommendations were submitted, including: That the curriculum designers shall pay attention to enter the e-learning style into the Blended learning concept in the public education and Providing schools with technologies that helps in achieving the blended learning
