هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرف المشكلات التي تواجه مديري المراكز التربوية لإدارة السراج المنير ومساعديهم في دولة الكويت، وفيما إذا كان هناك اختلافات في استجابات عينة الدراسة عن المشكلات التي تواجههم تبعا لمتغيرات: الجنس، والمسمى الوظيفي، والمؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخبرة. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري ومديرات مراكز السراج المنير التربوية ومساعديهم في دولة الكويت, والبالغ عددهم (46) فردا للعام الدراسي 2014/2015.
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي, وتم تطوير اداة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة تكونت من ( 49 ) فقرة وزعت على سبعة مجالات هي المشكلات المرتبطة بكل من: المنهج, الهيئة التعليمية, الطلبة, الجانب الإداري, أولياء الأمور, الدورات التدريبية, مبنى المركز, وأجرى لها الصدق والثبات اللازمين.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتيه:
أن المشكلات التي يواجهها مديرو المراكز ومساعديهم فيما يتعلق بمباني المركز, جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة, بينما جاءت المشكلات المتعلقة بالجانب الإداري والدورات التدريبية والمنهج وأولياء الأمور والطلبة بدرجة متوسطة, أما فيما يتعلق بالمشكلات في مجال الهيئة التعليمية فقد جاءت بدرجة متوسطة واحتلت المرتبة الأخيرة بين المشكلات التي يواجهها المديرون.
كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة على المشكلات التي تواجههم تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس, المسمى الوظيفي, المؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخبرة بإستثناء فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية جاءت لمتغير المؤهل العلمي فيما يتعلق بمبنى المراكز, وكانت لصالح حملة البكالوريوس وكذلك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية جاءت لمتغير الخبرة فيما يتعلق بالجانب الإداري, وكانت لصالح أصحاب الخبرة 10سنوات فأكثر.
وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى الباحث بمجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها:
- تخصيص مباني مستقلة لمراكز السراج المنير وتوفير المرافق والأجهزة والمتطلبات الضرورية مثل: " الملاعب الرياضية, المخازن, الساحات" بما يتلاءم مع طبيعة العمل بالمراكز.
- وضع خطة لحملة إعلامية لتوضيح أهمية مراكز السراج المنير ودورها التربوي والأخلاقي لغرس القيم في الناشئين.

This study aimed to identify the problems faced by educational centers' principals of Al-Seraj Al-Moneer and their assistants in the State of Kuwait. To find out whether there are differences in the study sample responses to the problems they face due to the variables: gender, job title, educational qualification, and years of experience. The study participants consisted of all principals of Al-Seraj Al-Moneer and their assistants in the State of Kuwait, totaling (46) members of the academic year 2014/2015.
The researcher used the descriptive survey methodology research for the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study. A tool was developed to measure the variables of the study which consisted of (49) items divided into seven sections, while remaining accurate and consistent throughout. The different sections consisted of problematic areas of: curriculum, teaching staff, students, administrative department, parents, training courses, the Center Building, with correctness and consistency required.
The study concluded results most notably of problems faced by the center managers and their assistants with regards to the premises of the center. Meanwhile the problems related to the administrative department, training courses, curriculum, parents and students were moderate. Lastly, issues in the field of the teaching staff ranked last among the problems faced by managers.
The study also concluded as to the absence of differences in the study sample, responses to the problems they face are due to the variables: Gender, Job Title, qualification, and years of experience. With the exception of statistically significant differences resulted to the variable of the qualification with respect to the center?s building, and was in favor of bachelor's degree holders. Furthermore, statistical significant differences, showed the variable of experience, with respect to the administrative department, and were for the benefit of experience of more than 10 years.
In light of the results obtained, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations including:
? Customized separate buildings for the Al-Seraj Al-Moneer Centers and to provide facilities, equipment and necessary requirements such as: "sports stadiums, warehouses, squares" in line with the nature of the work at the centers.
? Develop a plan for a media campaign to explain the importance of the Al-Seraj Al-MoneerCenters and their educational role and moral values to instill in the youth
