هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على درجة استخدام مدرسي التربية الرياضية لمهارات تخطيط الدرس في العراق، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وطبق الاستبيان كاداة لجمع البيانات بأختيار عينة عشوائية، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة(232) مدرسًا ومدرسةً، بواقع (203) مدرسًا و(29) مدرسةً، في مدارس التعليم العام لمحافظة الأنبار التعليمية بالعراق وشملت: مدينة الرمادي، الخالدية، الفلوجة، هيت، حديثة، راوة، عنة، القائم، الرطبة، وفي العمليات الاحصائية تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، والنسب المئوية ومعاملات الارتباط واختبار "ت" للفروق وتحليل التباين الأحادي وأسفرت بعض النتائج إلى أن هناك درجه عالية في استخدام مدرسي التربية الرياضية لمهارات تخطيط الدرس في مدارس الانبار عند محاور التخطيط، النتاجات الخاصة والعامة، الإجراءات التنفيذية للدرس، استراتيجيات التدريس ووسائل الدرس، استراتيجيات التقويم، كما أن هناك اختلاف في وجهات النظر في استجابات عينة الدراسة تبعًا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح فئة الدراسات العليا، ومتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح اصحاب الخبرات الطويله، وعدم وجود فروق احصائيه تبعًا لمتغيرات الجنس، وأوصت الدراسة ضرورة زيادة الورش التدريبية والندوات العلمية التي تقيمها وزارة التربية ووزارة التعليم العالي في العراق فيما يتعلق بمهارات التخطيط التي يحتاجها المدرس وما يرتبط به من موضوعات حديثة وجديدة وضرورة تشجيع وتحفيز المدرسين ماديًا ومعنويًا لكل من يبدع ويطور في خطط التدريس ويطبقها بواقع الميدان. |

This study aimed at recognizing the degree of using lesson planning skills by sport teachers in Iraq. The researcher employed the descriptive method, and applied the questionnaire as an instrument to collect data by choosing a random sample. The sample of study amounted to (232) teachers, at (203) male teachers and (29) female teachers, at schools of public education of the Anbar educational governorate in Iraq; and coverd Al - Ramadi city, Al - Khaldiyah, Al - Falloujah, Heet, Hadithah, Rawat, I'nna, Al - Gai'm, and Al - Radaba. And in the statistical processes the arithmetic means and standard deviation. The percentage rates, connection co-efficient, t-test of differences and ANOVA analysis. Some results produced into a high degree in employing sport teachers to skills of planning the lesson at schools of Al- Anbar at planning axes, public and private outcomes, executive procedures of the lesson, teaching strategies, lesson means, and evaluation strategies, and there is a difference in points of view in responses of the sample of study due to the variable of scientific qualification for the interest of the category of post ? graduate studies, and the variable of experience years for the interest of long-term experience owners, and non-existence of statistical differences due to variables of sex. The study recommended the necessity of increasing training-shops and the scientific symposiums performed by the Ministry of Educational and the Ministry of Higher Educational in Iraq in what relates with skills of planning needed by the teacher and what is connected with him of modern and new subjects and necessity of encouragement and motivating teachers substantially and morally for all who innovates and develops in teaching plans and applies them in the real domain |
