الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المشرف التربوي في تنمية معلمي الدراسات العملية في المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمية في دولة الكويت، وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (321) معلماً ومعلمة للعام الدراسي 2014- 2015، وقدأختيرت عينة عشوائية بلغت (190) معلم ومعلمة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير أداة للدراسة مكونة من (44) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات وهي :(النمو المهني ،القيادة الصفية ،المنهج التربوي، الإشراف من قبل الأقران ، تقويم العملية التعليمية وأخيراً طرق التدريس والتقنيات الحديثة) وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
- أن دور المشرف التربوي في تنمية معلمي الدراسات العملية بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمة بدولة الكويت جاء بدرجة كبيرة ، وجاء مجال طرق التدريس والتقنيات التربوية في المرتبة الأولى بدرجة كبيرة، بينما جاء مجال المنهج التربوي في المرتبة الأخيرة بدرجة متوسطة .
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) وتعزى لأثر الجنس في مجالات المنهج التربوي، وتقويم العملية التعليمية، ومجال طرق التدريس والتقنيات التربوية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) وتعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات.
- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الخبرة في جميع المجالات.
وفي ضوء النتائج المذكورة؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من التوصيات أبرزها:
? اظهرت نتائج الدراسة درجة كبيرة لدور المشرف التربوي في تنمية معلمي الدراسات العملية بمنطفة الفروانية التعليمية ،لذلك فالباحث يوصي بتعزيز دور المشرف التربوي للابقاء على هذه الدرجة العالية
? أظهرت نتائج الدراسة درجة متوسطة لدور المشرف التربوي في تنمية معلمي الدراسات العملية بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمية ،في مجال المنهج المدرسي لذلك الباحث يوصي بضرورة إشراك المشرفيين التربويين والمعلمين في إعداد المنهج وتطويره لضمان جودة التعليم.
? إجراء مزيد من الدراسات حول دور الإشراف التربوي في تنمية معلمي الدراسات العملية وعلاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي للمعلمين.

The study aimed to investigate the role of educational supervisor in developing the scientific studies teachers in the intermediate stage in Al-Farwania educational area in the state of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of (321) male and female teachers for the school year 2014- 2015 .A random sample was selected from the study population , totaling (190) female and male teachers .
In order to achieve the study aims , the author developed a study tool of (44) items distributed on six fields which are (vocational development , class leadership , educational curriculum , supervision by peers , evaluation the educational process , teaching methods and the new technologies ). The findings of the study were:
- the role of the educational supervisor in developing the scientific studies teachers in Al-Farwania educational area in the state of Kuwait was in the highest average , the teaching methods and the educational techniques were in the first place with high degree , while the educational curriculum was the last one with the lowest average .
- There were a statistically significant differences (?=0.05) due to gender effect in the fields of educational curriculum, evaluation of educational process, teaching methods and educational technologies. The differences were in favor of females.
- There were no statistically significant differences (?=0.05) due to the effects of scientific qualification in all the fields.
- There were no statistically significant differences (?=0.05) due to the effect of experience in all the fields.
In the light of the above findings, the study concluded the following recommendations, namely:
- while the study findings showed a great degree in the role of the educational supervisor in developing the scientific studies teachers in Al-Farwania educational area , the researcher recommends supporting the educational supervisor to maintain this status
- while the study findings showed an average degree to the role of the educational supervisor in developing the scientific studies teachers in Al-Farwania educational area, in the field of educational curriculum , the researcher recommends participating teachers and educational supervisors in preparing curriculum and developing it to guarantee the education quality
- To conduct other studies about the role of educational supervision in developing the scientific studies teachers and its relation to the functional performance of teachers
