الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك مديري مدارس محافظة الأحمدي لمهارات التخطيط التربوي الفعال من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في دولة الكويت، وأثر متغير (الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة)، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (325) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة للعام الدراسي 2014/2015.
وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (31) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات (اعداد الخطة الدراسية والاعداد الجيد للاختبارات والتقويم وتفعيل الحصة الدراسية) وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك مديري مدارس محافظة الأحمدي لمهارات التخطيط التربوي الفعال من وجهة نظر معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية في دولة الكويت كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً (تفعيل الحصة الدراسية واعداد الخطة الدراسية والتقويم والاعداد الجيد للاختبارات) وجميعها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة.
كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات الأداء على درجة امتلاك مديري مدارس دولة الكويت لمهارات التخطيط التربوي الفعال تعزى لأثر الجنس على جميع المجالات، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث. بينما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات الأداء على درجة امتلاك مديري مدارس دولة الكويت لمهارات التخطيط التربوي الفعال تعزى لمتغيري (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة) على جميع المجالات، وعلى الأداء ككل.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الدارسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها تعزيز مدراء المدارس للإبقاء على المستوى المرتفع لإمتلاكهم لمهارات التخطيط التربوي الفعال.

This study aimed at identifying the level of the schools principles in Kuwait-Al-Ahmadi Governorate to an effective planning skills from the point of view of the teachers of the elementary stage in The State Of Kuwait, and the effect of the variable of (sex ,the scientific qualification and number of years of experience),
The study's sample consisted of (325) male and female teachers ,selected in the stratified random method from the study's community for the schooling year 2014\2015 .The study's tool is consisted of (31) statements distributed among four areas(preparing the study plan ,the proper preparation of tests, the evaluation and activation of the class),the credibility and stability of the tool were verified.
The study showed that the level of possession of the schools principals to the skills of the effective educational planning in Al-Ahmadi Governorate from the point of view of the elementary stage teachers in the State of Kuwait was high ,and the areas were decsendantly ordered as follows:(Activation of the class ,preparing the schooling plan ,evaluation, and the proper preparation of tests),all had high level.
The results also showed differences with statistical significance in the averages of performance of the possession of the schools principals at the State of Kuwait of the effective planning skills attributed to the effect of sexing all cases in favor of females, while the results showed no differences with statistical significance in the averages of performance on the levels of the schools principals possession of the sills of the effective educational planning in the State of Kuwait attributed to both variables(The scientific qualification, years of experience) in all areas, and on the performance as a whole .
In the light of these results , the study presented some recommendations the most important one is the necessity to promoting school principls in order to maintain a high level of the effective educational planning skills
