هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف الى أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها والروح المعنوية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات العاملين في منطقة الفراونية التعليمية في دولة الكويت. أما عينة الدراسة فتكونت من (524) معلماً ومعلمةً من العاملين في منطقة الفراونية التعليمية في دولة الكويت للعام الدراسي 2014/2015 تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة.
وتم تطوير أداة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة تكونت من محورين الأول لقياس أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية وتكون من (38) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد (وضوح الهدف، الاستقلالية، الثقة، حل المشكلات، والإبداعية)، أما المحور الثاني فقد تكون من (26) فقرة لقياس الروح المعنوية، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات عينة الدراسة، جائت بدرجة مرتفعة للدرجة الكلية وللأبعاد وضوح الهدف والإبداعية والثقة، بينما جاءت الاستقلالية وحل المشاكل بدرجة متوسطة.
كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية لصالح الذكور. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في جميع أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية.
كما أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الروح المعنوية للمعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت جاء مرتفعا.
وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة في مستوى الروح المعنوية. وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطيه إيجابية طردية دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية ومستوى الروح المعنوية لدى المعلمين في مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت.
وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها توصي الباحثة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: قيام مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت بأخذ دورها في الاهتمام بأبعاد الصحة التنظيمية وتعزيزها لما لها من أثر في تحسين الروح المعنوية، كذلك الاهتمام بتنمية الروح المعنوية لمعلمي مدارس التعليم العام في الكويت لما لذلك من انعكاس على مخرجات العملية التعليمية.

This study aimed to identify the dimensions of organizational health and its relationship to the morale of teachers in public schools in Kuwait .The study population consisted of all teachers working in Al-Farwaniyah educational area in the State of Kuwait for the academic year 2014/2015. The study sample consisted of (524) teachers who were chosen randomly and it reached (524) of male and female.
A tool was developed to measure the variables of the study and consisted of the first two parts for measuring organizational health dimensions and consisted of 38 items distributed on five dimensions (clarity of purpose, independence, confidence, problem-solving, and creativity), while the second part consisted of (26) items to measure the morale and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed.
The study results showed that the degree of availability of the dimensions of organizational health in general education schools in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers were high in degree for the dimensions of clarity of purpose ,creativity and trust, while independence and problem solving were moderate.
While the results revealed that there were statistically differences in all dimensions of organizational health due to the impact of gender , no statistically significant differences were revealed due to educational qualification or years of experience .
The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the impact of gender and academic qualifications and years of experience in the level of morale. The results showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the dimensions of organizational health and the level of morale among teachers in public education schools in Kuwait. The results also showed that the level of morale for teachers in public education schools in Kuwait is of a high degree.
In the light of the results that have been reached, the researcher recommends a set of recommendations, among which the most important are : Public education schools in Kuwait are to take their role in the dimensions of organizational health and promotion because of their impact on improving the morale, as well as attention to the development of the morale of teachers in public schools in Kuwait because of the reflection of the outputs of the educational process
