هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى ضغوط العمل لدى معلمي الديكور في المدارس المتوسطة في دولة الكويت، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (96) فرداً من معلمي ومعلمات الديكور في المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الجهراء بدولة الكويت.
وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مجال العبء الوظيفي تبعاً لمتغيرات (العمر، والجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة). ووجود فروق في مجال عدم وضوح الادوار في متغير الجنس وذلك لصالح الاناث وفي متغير الخبرة للأشخاص من أصحاب الخبرة (5-10 سنوات) والأشخاص من أصحاب الخبرة (11-15 سنة) بفرق بين أوساطهم الحسابية (0.888) ولصالح الأشخاص من أصحاب الخبرة (5-10 سنوات).
كما أظهرت وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لمجال الاتصال الإنساني تبعاً لمتغير العمر تبين وجود فروقات بين الأشخاص من عمر (25-35 سنة) والأشخاص من عمر (36?45 سنة) ولصالح الأشخاص من عمر (25?35 سنة). وتبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. وعدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لمجال الاتصال الإنساني تبعاً لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة.
وفي مجال المردود المادي كان وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعاً لمتغير العمر بين الأشخاص من عمر (أقل من 25 سنة) و الأشخاص من عمر (25- 35 سنة) ولصالح الأشخاص من عمر (أقل من 25 سنة)، كما تبين وجود فروقات بين الأشخاص من عمر (أقل من 25 سنة) والأشخاص من عمر (أكثر من 45 سنة) ولصالح الأشخاص من عمر (أقل من 25 سنة). ووجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لمجال المردود المادي تبعاً لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. وتبعاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي وجود الفروقات بين أصحاب المؤهل العلمي دبلوم وأصحاب المؤهل العلمي دراسات عليا ولصالح أصحاب المؤهل العلمي دراسات عليا. وعدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لمجال المردود المادي تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة. وعدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية لمجال إدارة الوقت تبعاً لمتغير العمر، وتبعاً لمتغير الجنس وتبعاً لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة.
وقدمت الدراسة عدداً من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة العمل من قبل إدارات المدارس على الحد من ضغوط العمل لدى المعلمين والتقليل منها بقدر المستطاع.

The study aimed to identify the level of job stress among decoration teachers in intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consisted of 96 decoration teachers in intermediate schools in the State of Kuwait.
The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in career burden depending on the variables (age, sex, educational qualification, experience). And the existence of differences in the lack of clarity of roles in the sex variable in favor of females in a changing experience for people with experience (5-10 years) and people with experience (11-15 years) difference between their midst calculation (0.888) and for the benefit of people with experience (5 -10 years).
And no statistically significant differences for the field of human communication depending on the age variable also showed show the existence of differences between persons of the age (25-35 years) and persons of age (36-45 years) and for the benefit of people of age (25-35 years). And the presence of statistical significance to the field of physical yield variable depending on the sex differences in favor of females. Depending on the variable Qualification presence differences between qualification holders and diploma holders Qualification Graduate in favor of the owners of Qualification Graduate. And the lack of statistical significance to the field of physical yield differences depending on the experience variable. And the absence of significant differences for statistical area of time management depending on variable life, and variable depending on the sex and depending on qualification and experience of the two variables.
The study made a number of recommendations including the need for action by the school administrations to reduce work stress among teachers and minimize them as much as possible
