هدفت الدِّراسة تَعَرُّف درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأثر كل من متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع الاستبانة على عينة تكونت من (767) معلماً ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لاستجابات عينة الدِّراسة على درجة تطبيق معايير إدارة الجودة الشاملة لدى مديري المدارس المتوسطة في محافظة الأحمدي في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين بسبب اختلاف فئات المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات ما عدا مجالات معايير الجودة في المناهج التعليمية ومعايير الجودة في التقويم والامتحانات والأداة ككل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على الاستمرار بعقد الدورات التدريبية، وتفعيل نظام المراقبة والتقويم والمتابعة الميدانية، والاستفادة من بعض التجارب الناجحة في تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس لتعزيز تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في المدارس في دولة الكويت. |

The Study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of total quality management standards among the middle school principals in Al Ahmadi governorate in Kuwait from the teachers' point of view, and the impact of each of the variable gender, educational qualification, experience, to achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was distributed to a sample consisted of (767) teachers was selected by using simple random sample technique, and the study found that the degree of Implementation of total quality management standards at the middle school principals in the Ahmadi governorate in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers is high, and there are statistically significant differences for the responses of the study sample on the degree of Implementation of total quality management standards by the middle school principals in Ahmadi governorate in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers due to gender, and there were no statistically significant differences in responses sample study on the degree of application of total quality management standards by the middle school principals in the Ahmadi governorate in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers because of the different categories of Qualification in all fields except the areas of quality standards in the curriculum and quality standards in the evaluation exams and the tool as a whole, and there are statistical significance due to experience, the study recommended the work to continue to hold training courses, and activate the monitoring and evaluation of field and follow-up system, and take advantage of some of the experiences successful in the Implementation of total quality in schools to promote the Implementation of total quality in schools in the State of Kuwait Management |
