هذه الرسالة تسعى لتحقيق مخطوط لم يسبق أن طبع من قبل، وفي تحقيقه إخراج له من خزائن المخطوطات إلى حيز المطبوعات والمحققات لتعم الفائدة.
وأصل المخطوط المعنون بمقاصد النكاح عبارة عن نظم سهل على بحر الرجز للمؤلف القاضي محمد بن عبدالعزيز الكاليكوتي، في النكاح ومقاصده وأحكامه.
وهذا النظم صنفه مؤلفه وفق المذهب الشافعي الذي ينتسب إليه، وقد بدأءه بعد المقدمة بباب النكاح وختمه بباب أمهات الولد، وبينهما كثير من الأبواب المتعلقة بمقاصد النكاح وأحكامه.
فقمت بالتعريف بالناظم ومنهجه فيها، وبيان حالته العلمية والسياسية والاجتماعية، وحققت المنظومة بعد المقابلة بين النسختين وإظهار الفوارق بينهما، وضبط النص، وبيان بعض الأدلة وتعريف بعض المصطلحات فيها ليخرج كتاباً في النكاح ومقاصده.

This study aims at validating the manuscript that has never been printed before, and its validation is bring it out of manuscripts cabinets into publications and research so that the benefit may prevail.
The origin of the manuscript entitled as "the purposes of marriage" is the easy composition based on the sea of Rajaz by the author MouhammadibnAbd Al-Aziz Al-Calecoti regarding marriage and its purposes and provisions.
This composition is categorized in accordance with Al-Shafi'i school of Islamic laws that is affiliated with. He started with it after the introduction of the marriage and concluded it by the "mothers of the child" chapter, amid them are chapters related to the purposes of marriage and its provisions.
Therefore, I defined the composer and his approach, and described his educational, political and social status. The manuscript has been validated after a comparison between the two copies, pointing out the differences, correcting the grammatical errors, identifying some of the evidence, and defining some of the concepts to bring out a book regarding the purposes of marriage
