هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة معلمي مبحث الثقافة الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية للإشراف على تنفيذ الأنشطة الإثرائية المرافقة له في الأردن. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (155) معلماً ومعلمة في مديرية تربية المفرق، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بلغت (90) معلماً ومعلمة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأعد أداة الدراسة وهي استبانة مكونة من محورين، الأول مكون من (37) فقرة، مقسم على أربع مجالات (التخطيط والتحضير للنشاط، الإشراف على تنفيذ وعرض الأنشطة الإثرائية، الأساليب والوسائل للأنشطة الإثرائية، التقويم) والمحور الثاني مكون من (20) فقرة وهي الأنشطة الإثرائية المقترحة من قبل الباحث، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها من خلال عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين. وأظهرت النتائج وجود درجة مرتفعة في ممارسة معلمي مبحث الثقافة الإسلامية للمرحلة الثانوية للإشراف على تنفيذ الطلبة للأنشطة الإثرائية بجميع فروعها (التقويم،التخطيط، والتحضير للنشاط، الإشراف على تنفيذ وعرض الأنشطة الإثرائية). وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات النظر بين المعلمين والمعلمات تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأن هناك فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجالات، وتميز مجال التخطيط والتحضير للنشاط على بقية المجالات. كما وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في جميع المجالات. وأظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بمتغير الخبرة، أن أعلى متوسط حسابي كان لدى الفئة أقل من 5 سنوات في مجال التخطيط والتحضير للنشاط، وأن أقل متوسط حسابي كان لدى الفئة أكثر من 10 سنوات في مجال الإشراف على تنفيذ وعرض الأنشطة الإثرائية، وأن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية على مجال واحد فقط هو الإشراف على تنفيذ وعرض الأنشطة الإثرائية. وأظهرت نتائج السؤال الثالث أن تنفيذ الإشراف على النشاطات التي اقترحها الباحث جاءت مرتفعة في نشاط "أمارس الصلاة جماعة في المسجد مع الطلبة" في حين جاءت بقية النشاطات المقترحة منخفضة. وأوصت الدراسة إضافة أنشطة إثرائية حقيقية بنفس فكرة الأنشطة المقترحة من قبل الباحث |

This study aimed to identify the degree of Islamic Culture Teachers' performance for the Secondary stage to Supervise theStudents' implementation for the Accompanied Enrichment Activities inJordan.The population of this study consisted (155) male and female teachers in Mafraq educational directorate. The sample of this study was randomly chosen، which consisted (90) male and female teachers، the researcher used the descriptive and survived method. Then، a questionnaire was developed by the researcher as a tool of this study، and consisted of two fields، the first one consisted of (37) items divided into four fields ( planning and preparing for activity)، supervision on implementation and show the enriched activities، styles and activities of the enriched activities and evaluation. The second field consisted of (20) items which are the enriched activities suggested by the researcher. To achieve the reliability and validity of the tool، the researcher consulted a team of experts.
The study results showed high degree of performance of Islamic culture teachers at the secondary stage of supervision on students' implementation of enriched activities of all types ( evaluation، planning and preparing for activity، the supervision on doing and show the enriched activities).However، the study revealed that there are no statistical significant differences in teachers? point of view attributed to the educational qualification variable، and there are statistical significant differences among fields in favor of planning and preparing for activity.
The results also revealed that there are no statistical significant differences due to sex in all dimensions. The results concerning experience variable revealed that the highest mean scores of less than (5) years in planning and preparing for activity. And the lowest mean scores of more than (10) years in the supervision on doing and show the enriched activities. And there are statistical significant differences in one field only that is the supervision on doing and show the enriched activities.
The results of the third question revealed that the implementation supervision on activities suggested by the researcher came highest in ( I prey overall in Masjed with students) while the rest of the suggested activities came lowest.
In the light of the findings of the study، the researcher recommended to add real enriched activities in the same idea of the suggested activities by the researcher
