هدفت هذه الدِّراسة إلى كشف مستوى القيم العلمية لدى مُعلِمي التربية الإسلامية في محافظة المفرق وعلاقته بكل من مستوى تأهيلهم العلمي وخبرتهم التدريسية ونوعهم الاجتماعي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدَّراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي, وتم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (28) فقرة, موزعة على القيم التالية (الأمانة العلمية, الموضوعية, اليقينية, الرغبة في المعرفة العلمية, العقلانية, التخطيط, الشجاعة الفكرية, الوعي بالزمن, الاعتداد بالنفس, الإخلاص, تحمل المسؤولية, الأصالة, النقد الذاتي, تقبل النقد). وطبقت الاستبانة على عينة تكونت من (173) معلم ومعلمة للتربية الإسلامية في محافظة المفرق بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها, وأظهرت نتائج الدَّراسة أنَّ مستوى القيم العلمية لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية كان مرتفعآ وإيجابياً, وأشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 =? ) في مستوى القيم العلمية تُعزى إلى متغير الخبرة العلمية والمؤهل العلمي, في حين أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 =? ) في مستوى القيم العلمية تُعزى إلى متغير النوع الإجتماعي, ولصالح الإناث. وفي ضوء النتائج التي أفضى إليها البحث تم التقدم بجملة من التوصيات ذات العلاقة. |

This study aimed at identifying the level of the scientific values among the teachers of Islamic education in the directorate of A l-Mafraq as well as its relationship with their educational qualification level, their educational experience and their gender. In order to achieve the study's objectives, questionnaire consisted of 28 items distributed in to the following domains ( scientific honesty ,objectivity, certainty, the desire for the scientific knowledge, planning , intellectual courage, awareness of time, self esteem, faithfulness, shouldering responsibility, authenticity, self criticism, accepting criticism )was developed. its validity and reliability were verified. A descriptive survey approach was used, and the questionnaire was administered on the study sample which consisted of 200 male and female teachers of Islamic education. The study results showed that the level of the scientific values among the teachers of Islamic education in the directorate of al-Mafraq was hiyh and positive. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (?=0.05) in the level of scientific values among the study sample attributed to the variable of the scientific experience and the educational qualification. While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (?=0.05) attributed to the variable of gender in favor of the female teachers. In the light of the study results , the researcher concluded a number of relevant recommendations |
