هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بحث اثر السرد القصصي الرقمي على مهارات المحادثة والدافعية لدى طلبة الجامعة. وتكونت مجموعة الدراسة من 32 طالبا و طالبة من متعلمي اللغة الانجليزية كلغة أجنبية في جامعة آل البيت خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام 2017-2018 . وتم تقسيم الطلاب إلى مجموعتين: المجموعة التجريبية وتكونت من 16طالبا و طالبة , والمجموعة الضابطة تكونت من 16 طالبا و طالبة, وقد تم تدريس المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام السرد القصصي الرقمي, بينما تم تدريس المجموعة الضابطة بالطريقة الاعتيادية. كما وتكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانه واختبار تحصيلي,حيث هدفت إلى تقييم الطلاب في اللغة الانجليزية ومهارات المحادثة ودافعيتهم نحو استخدام السرد القصصي الرقمي, وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع الطلاب الذين تعلموا باستخدام السرد القصصي الرقمي تحسنت مهارات المحادثة لديهم ودافعيتهم , وبشكل عام أظهرت الدراسة أن لاستخدام السرد القصصي الرقمي في تعليم اللغة الانجليزية آثار ايجابية على مهارات المحادثة ودافعية الطلبة.

 This study aimed at investigating the effect of digital storytelling on undergraduate EFL learners' speaking skills and motivation. The participants of the study consisted of 32 undergraduate EFL learners at Al al-Bayt university. They were in two sections; section 1 consisted of 16 students. Who comprised the control group and it was taught the course content using regular instruction from the textbook, while section 2 consisted of 16 students. Who were assigned as an experimental group and it was taught using digital storytelling. The instruments of this study were pre and post tests and post questionnaire that aimed at measuring students' speaking skills and motivation as a result of using digital storytelling. The findings of the study revealed that the experimental group students in this study improved their speaking skills and were motivated digital storytelling increased students' motivation and changed the process of their learning; it created a relaxing atmosphere inside FL classroom and made the educational process more enjoyable. digital storytelling helped students to acquire some speaking skills more efficiently than others. All in all, the study demonstrated that the use of digital storytelling in teaching and learning English has a positive effect on students' speaking skills and motivation
