هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر إستراتيجية بلان في تحصيل طلاب الخامس العلمي في العراق في مادة الأدب والنصوص وتحسين مهارات التعبير الشفوي لديهم , من خلال الإجابة على السؤالين الآتيين :
1- ما أثر إستراتيجية بلان في تحصيل طلاب الخامس العلمي في العراق في مادة الأدب والنصوص ؟.
2- ما أثر إستراتيجية بلان في تحسين مهارات التعبير الشفوي لطلاب الخامس العلمي في العراق ؟
وللإجابة عن سؤالي الدراسة فتم أفراد الدراسة والبالغ عددهم 87 طالباً من طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي في مدرسة الإعدادية المركزية للبنين والتابعة إلى المديرية العامة للتربية في محافظة ذي قار للعام الدراسي 2014 _ 2015 . إذ جرى اختيار شعبتين بشكل عشوائي قسمت إلى شعبة ضابطة والثانية تجريبية حيث تم تدريس المجموعة التجريبية باستخدام إستراتيجية بلان ودرست المجموعة الضابطة بالطريقة الاعتيادية وعليه فأن الدراسة الحالية تقوم على المنهج التجريبي بتصميمها شبه التجريبي القائم على اختبار قبلي وبعدي الذي طبق على مجموعتي الدراسة الحالية قبل التنفيذ وبعد نهاية التجربة .
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعد الباحث أداتيهما ( الاختبار التحصيلي , مقياس مهارات التعبير الشفوي ) . وتم التحقق من صدق الاختبارين وثباتهما من خلال تطبيقهما على عينة الدراسة وقد أختار الباحث أربعة موضوعات من الأدب والنصوص هي ( المتنبي , الشريف الرضي , الجاحظ , بديع الزمان الهمذاني ) , وأستخدم الباحث المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتطبيق تحليل التباين الأحادي المصاحب وأظهرت الدراسة النتائج الاتيه :
1- وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية لصالح إستراتيجية بلان عند مستوى ( 0.05?a) بين متوسطي علامات طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي في مادة الأدب والنصوص الذين درسوا وفقا لإستراتيجية بلان مقارنة بالطريقة الاعتيادية .
2- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح إستراتيجية بلان عند مستوى ( 0.05?a) بين متوسطي علامات طلاب الصف الخامس العلمي في تحسين مهارات التعبير الشفوي لديهم مقارنة مع الطريقة الاعتيادية .

This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of plan strategy in the collection of scientific the fifth students in Iraq in literature and texts course and improve oral expression skills they have, by answering the following two questions :
1- What impact plan strategy in the collection of the fifth scientific students in Iraq in literature and texts course ?
2- What impact plan strategy to improve the skills of the oral expression of students in the fifth scientific Iraq ?
To answer questions about the study shoved members of the study's 87 students from the fifth scientific students at Central Intermediate Boys School and affiliated to the General Directorate for Education in the province of Dhi Qar for the academic year 2014 _ 2015 .
The randomly were selected two divisions were divided into a control division and the second trial where they were teaching the experimental group using the plan strategy and studied the control group in the usual way and therefore the current study is based on the experimental method designed quasi-experimental-based test before me and after me, which was applied to the two sets of present study prior to implementation and after end of the experiment .
To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher developed two tools (achievement test, a measure to improve the oral expression skills). It was both tests to verify the authenticity and consistency of each through applied to a sample study researcher has chosen four subjects from literature and texts course are (Mutanabi, Al-Sharif al-Radi, Algahz, Badi 'al-Zaman al-Hamadani ) .
The researcher used the averages and standard deviations and variance associated with the application of analysis and study results showed as follows :
1- There were statistically significant differences in favor of the Plan strategy at the level of (0.05?a) between the average of the fifth scientific students in the material signs of literature and texts course who studied according to the strategy Blanc compared to the usual way.
2- There were not statistically significant differences in favor of the Plan strategy at the level of (0.05?a) between the average of the fifth scientific students in improving the skills of the oral expression of degrees markers students have compared with the normal way
