هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة لمهارات الإلقاء، من خلال الإجابة عن السؤالين الآتيين:
1. ما درجة ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها في المرحلة المتوسطة لمهارات الإلقاء في أثناء مواقف القراءة الجهرية ؟
2. هل يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? = 0.05) بين أداء مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها في المرحلة المتوسطة في أثناء مواقف القراءة الجهرية تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس والخبرة التدريسية؟
لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وطور الباحث بطاقة ملاحظة لقياس درجة ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية ومدرساتها في المرحلة المتوسطة لمهارات الإلقاء أثناء مواقف القراءة الجهرية. تكونت بطاقة الملاحظة في صورتها النهائية من(22) مهارة موزعة على مجالين؛ صوتي، وحركي. قام الباحث بالتأكد من صدقها وثباتها. تكون أفراد الدراسة من (32) مدرساً ومدرسة ممن يدرسون في مدارس الأنبار قضاء الرمادي المتواجدين في محافظة أربيل إقليم كردستان للعام الدراسي 2015 وللإجابة عن سؤالي الدراسة قام الباحث باستخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، وتحليل التباين الثنائي. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن درجة ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة المتوسطة لمهارات الإلقاء أثناء مواقف القراءة الجهرية للمجالين الصوتي والحركي ككل جاءت متوسطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (? = 0.05) تعـزى لأثـر الجنس فـي جميع المهارات، وعـدم وجـود فـروق ذات دلالـة إحصائيـة عند مستوى الدلالـة (? = 0.05) تعزى لأثر الخبرة التدريسية في جميع المهارات.

This study aimed at detecting the degree of Arabic language teachers in the middle stage of the skills of dumping, by answering the following two questions:
1.What the degree of Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha in the middle stage of the skills of dumping in the course of reading aloud positions?
2.Is there a statistically significant differences at the level of (? = 0.05) between the performance of the Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha in the middle stage in the course of reading aloud the positions attributed to the variables of gender, experience of teaching ?
To achieve the objectives of the study were followed descriptive analytical method, the researcher developed a note card to measure the degree of the Arabic language teachers and Madrsadtha in the middle stage of the skills of dumping during reading aloud positions. Formed the note card in the final form of (22) skill spread over two areas; audio, and kinesthetic.
The researcher ensure validity and reliability. Be members of the study (32) and a school teacher who is studying in Anbar schools spend gray present in Erbil Kurdistan region for the academic year 2015. In order to answer my question about the study, the researcher extracted the averages, and analysis of variance duo.
The study found several of the most important results: the degree of exercise of the Arabic language teachers in the middle stage of the skills of dumping during the positions of reading aloud voice and motor as a whole for the two areas came medium.
The study results showed also that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (? = 0.05) due to the impact of gender in all skills, and the lack of statistically significant differences at the level of (? = 0.05) due to the impact of the experience of teaching in all the skills
