هدفت هذه الدِّراسة التعرف إلى مدى استخدام مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمشرفيين التربويين في العراق ، ومعرفة أثر متغيري الجنس والوظيفة على درجة استخدام المدرسين لها، ولتحقيق أهداف الدَّراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وأعد استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات هي (إنتاج مصادر التعلم الإلكتروني, استخدام الإنترنت, إدارة التعليم الإلكتروني, تقويم التعليم الإلكتروني )، وتم توزيع الأداة على عينة عشوائية من المدرسين في محافظة الانبار وعددهم (140) معلماً ومعلمة ، و (5) مشرفين تربويين، وبعد التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها والحصول على استجابات أفراد العينة، وإجراء التحليلات الإحصائية المناسبة، توصلت الدّراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية لكفايات التعليم الإلكتروني كانت قليلة من وجهة نظرهم، فجاءت إدارة التعليم الإلكتروني أولا بمتوسط حسابي (2.12) تليها إنتاج مصادر التعلم الإلكتروني بمتوسط حسابي(2.05)، ثم استخدام الإنترنت وأدواته بمتوسط حسابي (2.04)، ثم تقويم التعليم الإلكتروني بمتوسط حسابي (2.01)، ومن وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين جاءت تقديراتهم قليلة أيضا ، وجاءت إدارة التعليم الإلكتروني أولا بمتوسط حسابي (2.11)، ثم استخدام الإنترنت وأدواته بمتوسط حسابي(2.07)، ثم إنتاج مصادر التعلم الإلكتروني بمتوسط حسابي(2.04)، ثم تقويم التعليم الإلكتروني بمتوسط حسابي(2.03)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05?=) تعزى إلى متغيري الجنس والوظيفة في مدى ممارسة مدرسي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الإعدادية لكفايات التعلم الإلكتروني في العراق، وقد أوصت الدِّراسة ببعض التوصيات منها: إجراء دورات تدريبية تعليمية للمعلمين في مجال تكنولوجيا التعليم، وكيفية استخدامه، والاهتمام بتجهيز المدارس بتقنيات التعلم الإلكتروني في العراق |

This study aimed at identifying the extent of the use of the electronic competencies by the teachers of the Arabic language in Preparatory Stage from teachers' and educational supervisors' point of view in Iraqi, and identifying the effect of gender and work on the use of electronic teaching competences by teachers. To achieve the study aims ,the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, He designed a questionnaire which consisted of (49)competences distributed to four domains:(production of the electronic teaching resources, using the internet, managing the electronic teaching, and evaluating the electronic teaching.)which were distributed to a random sample of teachers in the governorate of Inbar and their number was(140)female and male teachers, and(5)educational supervisors. After verifying the validity and reliability of the research tool and getting the responses of the research sample and conducting the suitable statistical analyses ,this study reached the results that the degree of teachers' use of electronic teaching competences was low from their point of view. therefore, the electronic teaching management came first with arithmetic mean 2,12 followed by production of the teaching resources with arithmetic mean 2,05. then using the internet ,with arithmetic mean 2.04, then evaluating the electronic teaching with arithmetic mean 2.01
The supervisors' point of view showed that the electronic teaching management came first, with arithmetic mean 2.11, then using the internet ,with arithmetic mean 2.07, then producing the electronic teaching resources with arithmetic mean 2.04, then evaluating the electronic teaching with arithmetic mean 2.04.The results also showed that there were no statistical differences of significance at the level(0.05)due to the sex and function variables in the degree of using the electronic teaching competences by teachers of Arabic in Iraqi. Also study have recommended some of recommendations, such as conducting educational training courses for teachers in the field of education technology, and how to use it, pay attention to the processing of schools by electronic teaching techniques in Iraq
