هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق القوانين والتعليمات من قبل مديري المدارس في مديرية تربية لواء قصبة المفرق تبعاً لمتغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). والكشف عن مستوى أداء المعلمين من خلال درجة تطبيق مدراء المدارس للقوانين والتعليمات في مدارس مديرية تربية لواء قصبة المفرق.
واعتمدت الباحثة في دراستها على المنهج الوصفي لكونه المناسب لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس في مديرية تربية لواء قصبة المفرق في الأردن والبالغ عددهم معلم ومعلمة حسب مصادر وزارة التربية الأردنية ((2566)) معلماً ومعلمة، وتكونت العينة من(300) معلم ومعلمة، أي ما نسبته (12%) من حجم المجتمع الأصلي، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية.
وتوصلت الدراسة الى أن درجة تطبيق القوانين والتعليمات من قبل مديري المدارس جاءت ضمن المستوى المرتفع للمجال الكلي وللمجالات الفرعية. وأن أداء المعلمين بمستوى مرتفع أيضاً، وهناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق القوانين والتعليمات من قبل مديري المدارس وأداء المعلمين، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بدراسة مدى مناسبة القوانيين والأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها في وزارة التربية والتعليم لحاجات جميع المعليمن والإداريين، والعمل على رفع درجة الفعالية القيادية لدى المديرين والمديرات من خلال تعريضهم لبرامج تدريبية وتأهيلية ممنهجة، وإكسابهم مهارات متنوعة في فهم الآخرين، والعمل بموضوعية، وكيفية استخدام السلطة، ومعرفة مبادئ الاتصال، والمرونة في العمل

The study aimed to identify the degree of implementation of laws and regulations by school principals in raising the banner of stubble Mafraq Directorate depending on the variables (sex, educational qualification, years of experience). And detecting the level of the performance of teachers through grade school principals application of the laws and regulations in Schools Educational Directorate Brigade rod divider.
And it adopted a researcher in her study on the descriptive approach for being appropriate to achieve the objectives of this study and answer questions. The study population consisted of all teachers of schools in raising the banner of stubble Mafraq Directorate in Jordan's teachers, according to sources the Jordanian Ministry of Education ((2566)) teachers, and formed the sample of 300 teachers, representing (12%) of The original size of the community, were chosen randomly.
The study found that the degree of implementation of laws and regulations by school administrators came within the overall high level of the domain and sub-domains. And the performance of teachers at a high level also, there are significant differences between the degree of implementation of laws and regulations relationship by school administrators and teachers' performance, and in the light of the findings recommends researcher studying the suitability of Laws, regulations and instructions in force in the Ministry of Education to the needs of all Alma'lemn and administrators, and work to raise effective leadership among managers and directors through training programs subjected to systematic and rehabilitation, and provide them with a variety of skills in the understanding of others, and work objectively, and how to use power, and knowledge of the principles of communication, and flexibility at work
