الملخص بالعربية |
تبرز أهمية البحث من خلال الحقيقة الأساسية بأنه يجب الاهتمام بأثر مساق الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان لما لها الأثر في طلبة الجامعات الأردنية وما يحيط بهما من تأثيرات ضرورية لمعرفة الجوانب الايجابية والسلبية وكيفية معالجتها، وذلك لأن الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان تعتبر احد أهم سمات الدولة الديمقراطية في العالم في ظل التطورات المتلاحقة.
كما وتهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر مساق الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان. والتعريفبالمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، ومعرف ان كان هناك تلازم بين الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان.وتكمن مشكلة الدراسة بالاهتمام في مساق الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان وذلك من خلال بيان مدى تأثيرها على طلبة الجامعات الأردنية.
وقد تم صياغة السؤال الرئيسي للدراسة بما هو أثر مساق الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان على الثقافة السياسية لدى طلبة الجامعات الأردنية؟ وتفرع منه الأسئلة الفرعية التي نصت على ما هو أثر الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان على الثقافة السياسية؟ و ما هي درجة توفر حقوق الإنسان في الجامعات الأردنية؟ وهل هناك اثر بين مساق الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان على الثقافة السياسية على التنشئة السياسية.
واشتملت عينة الدراسة على مجموعه من طلاب جامعتي ال البيت واليرموك للسنه الدراسية 2014-2015، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المقارن لمعرفة نتائج الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى عده نتائج من أهمها إن المدرس له دوربارز وهام في عملية ربط مفاهيم المنهاج بالواقع السياسي من وخلال شرحه للمقرر. وإن التعليم والاسرة والاصدقاء اسهموا بشكل مباشرفي عملية التنشئة السياسية كما دل عليه اجابات الطلبة

The study aim to highlights the importance of research through the basic fact that attention must be paid to the impact the course of democracy and human rights because of its impact on the Jordanian university students and surrounded by the necessary to know the positive and negative and how to address aspects of the effects, because democracy and human rights is one of the most important state attributes of democracy in the world in light of successive developments.
The study also aims to identify the impact of the course of democracy and human rights. And the definition of national human rights institutions, and ID that there was a correlation between democracy and human Alansan.otkmen study the problem of attention in the course of democracy and human rights through the extent of its impact on students Jordanian universities.
The main question was formulated to study what is the impact of the course of democracy and human rights on the political culture of the Jordanian university students? And fork from sub-questions, which stipulates what is the impact of democracy and human rights on the political culture? And what is the degree of availability of human rights in the Jordanian universities? Is there a trace of course democracy and human rights on the political culture of the political socialization.
And included a sample study on a group of universities of the students AL Albiet and Yarmouk for the year 2014-2015, was the use of descriptive analytical method comparative to know the results of the study, and the study found several results of the most important is that the teacher has a prominent and important role in linking the curriculum concepts political reality of Explaining the process with the decision.
