الملخص بالعربية |
تتكون الرسالة من تمهيد وبابين وخاتمة يضم الباب الأول ثلاثة فصول، والباب الثاني يضم فصلين اثنين، وقد جاء الباب الأول بعنوان البنية الداخلية لروسيا الفصل الأول منه يسلط الضوء على التشكل التاريخي للمجتمع والدولة في روسيا، كما يناقش المراحل التاريخية للتشكل السياسي للأمة الروسية، كما يتضمن هذا الفصل تحليلاً كمياً لأحوال المجتمع الروسي المعاصر في الجوانب الاجتماعية الديموغرافية المختلفة، والفصل الثاني تناول مختلف مؤشرات البنية الاقتصادية الروسية بالإضافة إلى مؤشرات التنمية والإنفاق الدفاعي بالإضافة إلى الاتجاهات الكبرى للمؤشرات الاقتصادية من خلال التحليل الكمي لها، وفيما يتعلق بالفصل الثالث فقد تناولنا به المؤسسات الرسمية للنظام السياسي الروسي، كما استعرضنا مكونات النخبة السياسية، وتم الوقوف على توجهات الرأي العام الروسي نحو نظامه السياسي من خلال تحليل بعض استطلاعات الرأي المتصلة بهذا الجانب، كما تمت مناقشة الآلية الدستورية والقانونية لصانع القرار السياسي الروسي، وبخصوص الباب الثاني من الدراسة بعنوان الدور الروسي في الشرق الأوسط: فقد ضم فصلين اثنين الفصل الأول استعرضنا من خلال الإستراتيجية الروسية وأولوياتها، وتفاعلات السياسة الخارجية الروسية مع البيئة المحاذية ومع البيئتين الإقليمية والدولية وصولاً إلى الاتجاهات الكبرى للسياسة الخارجية الروسية، وفي الفصل الثاني تم تحليل الدراسات المستقبلية للوقوف على طبيعة المؤشرات المستقبلية للوضع الروسي في المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، وقد جمعت فيه المؤشرات التي عالجتها الدراسة وثم حساب معدل التغير لكل مؤشر ضمن مدة الدراسة وبناءً على هذه المعدلات تم التنبؤ بقيم المؤشرات خلال السنوات العشر القادمة على فرض ثبات هذه المعدلات.
وفي الخاتمة تم استعراض النتائج العامة التي تم التوصل إليها بالإضافة إلى ترجيح حدوث السيناريو المحتمل بالإضافة إلى الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة والإشارة إلى انسجام فرضيتها مع ما تم التوصل إليه من نتائج

This study consists of an introduction, Two main parts and conclusion; The first section includes three sections, but the second section includes two parts.
The first section of the first part entitled the internal structure of Russia sport the light on the historical formation of the society and the state in Russia, and discusses the historical stages of the political formation for the Russia nation; this section also includes a quantitative analysis of the different social and demographic conditions for the contemporary Russia society. Then, focus is, in the second section, laid on the different Russia economic structure indicators as well as human developments and defense spending indicators, in addition to the major trends for the economic indicators through the quantitative analysis of it. The third section of this part through which we discuss the official institution of the Russia political system as we review the components of the political elites and the Russia civil society taking into consideration the orientations of the public opinions towards their political system through the analysis of some of the opinion polls related to this aspect. The mechanism of constitutional and legal decision-making in Russia is discussed also in this section and in the end of this part the major trends of the political Russia system have been analyzed.
The second part, in turn, entitled Russia's Role in the Middle East, included other three sections: the first section through which we review the Russian Strategic and Priorities, then, the focus is laid to both regional and international environments reaching to the major trends of the Russian foreign policy. And, in the second section future studies were analized to examine the future indicators of the Russian situation in both and international levels. And have been compiled the indicators that dealt with the study in the section above. Then, we calculated the rate of change for each indicator and thus to predict the value of the indicators for the next ten years assuming that these rates are stable
In the conclusion of this study, the general result and a given scenario have been reviewed in addition to answering questions of the study and the reference to the premise agreement with what has reached from the results
