الملخص بالعربية |
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الانفتاح السياسي على مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في الأردن في الفترة من (1999-2014).
بالإضافة الى التعرف على ماهية الانفتاح السياسي من حيث المفهوم والتطور، والتعرف كذلك على مفهوم مؤسسات المجتمع المدني في الأردن، وعلى أثر الانفتاح السياسي على مؤسسات المجتمع المدني، ومعيقات الانفتاح السياسي.
وقد استخدمت في هذه الدراسة منهج تحليل النظم الذي ساعد في الكشف عن اثر الانفتاح السياسي على منظمات المجتمع المدني السياسية والاجتماعية .
وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج الهامة كان من ضمنها : أن هناك إجماع وطني على ضرورة الانفتاح السياسي من خلال التحديث والتنمية والإصلاح السياسي، وأهمية الانفتاح السياسي لمنظمات المجتمع المدني من خلال المشاركة السياسية والشعبية في صناعة القرار السياسي، والتركيز على قيم الانفتاح السياسي كالحرية والديمقراطية والإصلاح السياسي المتوازن والمواطنة الصالحة، ومحاربة الفساد، وتوسيع دائرة الحريات.
وقد رأت ضرورة الاهتمام من خلال الدراسة بمفهوم الانفتاح السياسي وبث ثقافة الحرية والمساواة والعدل والحق والالتزام بالنظام والقانون والأخلاق العامة، من خلال منظمات المجتمع المدني.

This study aims to find out the extent of political openness and its impact on civil society institutions in Jordan in the period (1999-2014), The study was divided into three chapters: Chapter one deals with political openness in Jordan through research the idea of political reform and Stages and mechanisms and inhibitors of internal and external factors affecting it, while the second chapter dealing with the political development in Jordan and its theories, its objectives and its crises and constraints, political participation and their importance, and the final chapter has research institutions of civil society and its role in opening up through the development and political participation.
Among the objectives of this study to identify the nature of political openness in terms of the concept and development, and to identify the concept of civil society institutions in Jordan, and the impact of political openness to civil society institutions in Jordan, and obstacles of political openness.
This study has reached some important including the results: that there is a national consensus on the need for political openness through modernization and development, political reform, and the importance of political openness to civil society institutions through political and popular participation in political decision-making and focus on political openness such as freedom, democracy and political reform values balanced and good citizenship, and the fight against corruption, and expand freedoms circle.
The study recommended a set of recommendations was the most important introduction of the concept of political openness curriculum of Education and Ministry of Awqaf through sermons and religious lessons, and transmit the culture of freedom, equality, justice, truth and commitment to law and order and public morality, and transmit the culture of Permitted and forbidden, and right and wrong when embarking on a political opening process.
