تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التعددية الحزبية على التنمية السياسية في الأردن في الفترة من 1999-2014، ودراسة الدور الذي تلعبة الأحزاب السياسية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، للوصول إلى تنمية سياسية خلال فترة الدراسة المذكورة، وذلك من خلال التعرف على الواقع الحزبي والديمقراطي خلال الفترة المذكورة.
وقد استخدمت في دراستي منهج تحليل النظم، على أساس أن التعددية الحزبية أثرها على التنمية السياسية في الاردن هي احدى الظواهر السياسية، وهي عبارة عن مجموعة من العلاقات المتداخلة، والعناصر المتفاعلة، والتي تتكون أساساً من نظام ومحيط، يقوم ايضاً على المدخلات (أثر التعددية الحزبية)، ومخرجات التعددية الحزبية والتغذية الراجعة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لا يمكن الحديث عن تنمية سياسية بما تشمله من إصلاح وتغير وتطوير وتحديث في الحياة السياسية والإجتماعية في الأردن، في ظل ضعف واضح للأحزاب السياسية الأردنية الهاشمية، وضعف برامجها و خطابها السياسي.
ورأت الدراسة إنه حتى يتم تفعيل الحياة الحزبية في الأردن لابد من العمل على التأكيد على التعددية الحزبية والسياسية، ومشاركة الأحزاب في تحمل المسؤولية الوطنية والقومية، وإشراك الأحزاب السياسية في الأردن في عملية التنمية السياسية.

The study aimed to clarify the impact of multi-party system on the political development in Jordan in the period (1999-2014). Moreover, the study aims at exploring the role that political parties play by identifying the reality of political parties and democracy in Jordan during the study period.
The study used political system approach being the best to achieve the study goals and examine the relationship between the multi-party system and the political development as the multi-party system is considered one of the political phenomenons consisting of a set of interrelations, and it is also based on the input (the impact of multi-party), and the output of a multi-party and feedback. To achieve the study goals and examine the relationship between political parties and political development the study used being the best for analyzing the relationship. The study reached to many conclusions, the main result is that no one can argue that political development can be achieved in light of the reality of political parties which witness a state of weakness whether in its programs or political discourse. Finally, the study recommended that to activate the partisian life in Jordan, the political system should promote the political pluralism and political participation of political parties in decision making process to achieve the expected development
