الملخص بالعربية |
ستقوم الدراسة على اظهار أهمية المتغير القيادي في العراق وأثره على الاستقرار السياسي في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي من الفترة 2003-2014.
وتهدف الدراسة الى بيان ان التحولات والتغيرات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية والاجتماعية التي شهدها العالم وما زال أحدثت تبدلات جذرية في مجمل السياسات الدولية والإقليمية والمحلية، وهذه التحولات تحمل في طياتها مجموعة كبيرة من التحديات والمخاطر التي يفرضها الواقع الموضوعي لما شهده العالم.
كما وتهدف الدراسة الى ان موضوع القيادة من المواضيع الهامة التي أصبحت تستقطب اهتمامات المفكرين والباحثين في مختلف مجالات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية نظرا لحاجة المختلف في تنظيمات العمل الملحة للبحث، كما ويعتبر التغيير أحد أوجه حياة المؤسسة فإنه قد يخلق انعكاسات على سلوك أفرادها من جهة ومن جهة أخرى فإنه سيؤدي بها إلى زيادة حاجاتها إلى الإدارة الديناميكية المرنة والفعالة القادرة على مواجهة التحديات، لذا هي بحاجة إلى أن تقاد بقيادة رشيدة وفعالة تتمتع بالمواصفات والخصائص التي تمكنها بالمضي بالمؤسسة نحوا التطور والاستمرارية.
تم تقسيم الدراسة الى عدة فصول وعدة مباحث في الفصل الأول تم تقسيمه الى ثلاثة مباحث تتكلم عن المتغير القيادي والاستقرار السياسي الإقليمي والعلاقة بين المتغير القيادي والاستقرار الإقليمي، وفي الفصل الثاني تتطرق الدراسة الى المتغير القيادي في العراق الاستقرار السياسي في مجلس التعاون الخليجي وما هي العلاقة بينهما.

The study will show the importance of leadership in Iraq and its impact on the changing political stability in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) from the period 2003 to 2014.
The study aims to the shifts in the filds of political, economic, military and social changes witnessed by the world and still caused changes radically in the overall international, regional and local policies, and these transformations carries a wide range of challenges and risks posed by the objective reality of what the world has witnessed that.
The study also aims to be the subject of leadership of the important topics that have become attracted the interests of thinkers and researchers in various fields of humanities and social sciences because of the need is different in organizations urgent work to find, as is change one aspect of the institution's life, it may create reflections on the behavior of its members on the one hand and on the other hand, it will lead them to increase their need for dynamic management of flexible and effective position to meet the challenges, so is the need to be driven, led by rational and effective enjoying the specifications and features that enable them to move the institution shoved evolution and continuity.
The study will be divided into several chapters and in the first chapter will be divided into three sections and will talk about changing the leadership of regional political stability and the relationship between the changing leadership and regional stability, and in Chapter II study addresses the changing leadership in Iraq's political stability in the Gulf Cooperation Council and what is the relationship between the two
