الملخص بالعربية |
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى بحث دور جماعات الضغط كأحد القوى السياسية الفاعلة والمحورية في صنع وتوجيه السياسة الخارجية الأمريكية. ونظراً للارتباط والتداخل بين السياستين الداخلية والخارجية، فإن الدراسة في اهتمامها بدور جماعات الضغط في مجال السياسة الخارجية، إنما تتجاوز مجرد استكشاف أبعاد هذا الدور، إلى بيان محدداته وآفاقه، وتحديد معايير تقييمه. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سيتم مناقشة تأثير جماعات الضغط على صناعة السياسة الخارجية في الولايات المتحدة، والدور الذي تلعبه هذه الجماعات في التأثير على النظام السياسي. وتحاول الدراسة التعرف على العلاقات الأمريكية والاستراتيجية ودراسة العلاقات الأمريكية العربية،تبدو جهود واشنطن للحد من الانتشار النووي مرائية بالقدر ذاته، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار رغبتها في تقبل ترسانة "اسرائيل" النووية، مما يشجع إيران والدول الأخرى على السعي لامتلاك قدرات مماثلة.

This study aims to examine the role of pressure groups as one of the central actors and political forces in the making and directing American foreign policy. Because of the link and overlap between domestic and foreign policy, the study interest in the role of lobbyists in the field of foreign policy, but goes beyond just explore the dimensions of this role, the statement of its determinants and prospects, and determine the evaluation criteria. Through this study we will discuss the impact of the pressure on foreign policy in the United States industry groups, and the role played by these groups to influence the political system.
