تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل أثر البيئة الاستثمارية على جذب الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الاردن للفترة الواقعة ما بين 2014 ? 2000 ربعياً ، باعتماد على اختبار أثر عدة متغيرات اقتصادية تؤثر على الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الاردن ، من خلال بناء نماذج قياسية توضح العلاقة بينهما وللوصول الى تحليل احصائي يعتمد على استخدام عدة منهجيات منها معادلة الانحدار القياسية .
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة تكاملية في الأمدين الطويل والقصير ما بين البيئة الاستثمارية والاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الاردن ،وأن هناك علاقة طرديه ذات دلالة احصائية ما بين الناتج المحلي الاجمالي والتضخم وميزان المدفوعات والاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الاردن ، كما أظهرت النتائج ان عدم الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي يلعب دور كبير في زيادة حجم الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر في الاردن وأن العلاقة بينهما علاقة عكسية .
أوصت الدراسة بوضع استراتيجيات من اجل جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات التي بدورها تعمل على زيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ، من خلال التوسع في المشاريع الإنمائية والرأسمالية التي توفر فرص عمل للأردنيين ، والعمل على تحسين البنية التحتية والخدمات الاساسية لزيادة النشاط الاستثماري في المنطقة وتفعيل دور الاجهزة الرقابية في مكافحة الفساد لجذب ثقة المستثمر ببيئة استثمارية عادلة .

The study aims to analyze the impact of investment environment on attracting direct foreign investment in Jordan during the period from 2000 to 2014 quarterly, depending on examining the impact of several economic variables that have an effect on direct foreign investment in Jordan, by constructing standard models that demonstrate the relationship between them and to come up with statistical analysis which depends on many approaches such as standard regression equation.
The study results revealed that there is a complementary relationship between the environment of investment and the direct foreign investment in Jordan both in the short term and in the long term, and there is a significant positive statistical correlation between the general local production , inflation , balance of payment and the direct foreign investment in Jordan , The results also showed that political and economic instability play a key role in increasing the volume of direct foreign investment in Jordan and there is an inverse correlation between them; and this result is natural as the investment environment needs attracting factors rather than expelling factors to foreign investment.
The study recommended that strategies should made in order to attract more investments, which in turn would result in increasing the overall local production, through the expansion in development and capital projects that create job opportunities for Jordanians , and the improvement of the infrastructure and basic services to increase the investment activity in the region and activating the role of supervision systems in fighting corruption to attract the trust of investors in a fair investment environment .
