هدفت الدِّراسة التعرف إلى سبل مواجهه تنمر الطلبة من وجهه نظر مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية, وأثر متغيرات( الجنس, والمؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخبرة) في ذلك, ولإجراء هذه الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي تكونت عينة الدِّراسة من (104) مديراً ومديرة مدرسة, ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تم تطوير استبانة لقياس متغيرات الدِّراسة, وتكونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات, وهي (المجال الجسدي, والمجال اللفظي, والمجال الاجتماعي, ومجال الإعتداء على الممتلكات). أظهرت النتائج أن سبل مواجهة تنمر الطلبة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس البادية الشمالية الشرقية جاءت بدرجة تقدير كلية متوسطة, حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال الإعتداء على الممتلكات بمتوسط حسابي بلغ وبدرجة متوسطة, تلاه في المرتبة الثانية المجال الجسدي وبدرجة متوسطة, وتلاه في المرتبة الثالثة المجال اللفظي وبدرجة متوسطة, وجاء في المرتبة الأخيرة المجال الاجتماعي وبدرجة متوسطة, كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلاله إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدِّراسة على الأداة ككل، تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة, وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة قيام مدراء المدارس بضرورة تفهم أهم أسباب التنمر وماهية حاجات الطلبة المتنمرين وإرشادهم وتحذيرهم في نفس الوقت من العقوبات المدرسية

 The study aims to identify ways to counteract student bullying from the viewpoint of the principals of northeastern Badia schools, and the impact of variables (sex, scientific qualification, years of experience) in that, to conduct this study, the survey was used to sample the study from 104 directors and school principals, and to achieve the objectives a study has been developed to measure the study variables, and from (35) a paragraph divided into four areas, namely, the physical sphere , the sphere of verbal, the social sphere, and the field of property abuse). The results showed that the ways to counteract student bullying from the viewpoint of the principals of the northeastern Badia schools came at a moderate college rating. In the first place, the field of assault on the property averaged an arithmetic average, followed by the second level of the physical field and, to a moderate degree, it was followed in third by the verbal field and to a moderate degree, and the last ranked social sphere and to a moderate degree, the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the study sample estimates on the tool as a whole, due to different variables Sex, scientific qualification, experience, the study recommended that school principals need to understand the main causes of bullying, what the needs of Bully students are, guide them, and warn them at the same time of school sentences
