هدفت هذه الدراسة لبيان دور حاضنات الأعمال في تنمية القدرات التنافسية للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الأردن حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة )411( موظف في الشركات المتوسطة والصغيرة المحتضنة والمتخرجة في المملكة. تم الاعتماد على العينة العشوائية القصدية الميسرة في جمع البيانات. توصلت الدراسة في نتائجها الى ان هناك دور واضح لحاضنات الاعمال على تنمية القدرات التنافسية حيث جاء بُعد (الخدمات الادارية) بمستوى (عالي) وثلاثة أبعاد بمستوى (متوسط) وهي على الترتيب (الخدمات التمويلية والمتابعة والخدمات الشخصية والخدمات العامة)، في حين جاء بُعدي (الخدمات التسويقية وخدمات السكرتارية) فقد بمستوى (متدني).
كمت توصلت الدراسة في نتائجها لوجود دلالة احصائية لجميع ابعاد حاضنات الاعمال على القدرة التنافسية. كما اشارت النتائج وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور حاضنات الأعمال ككل وكل بُعد من أبعادها تبعاً لمتغير العمروالمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة.ولتنمية القُدرات التنافسية ككل تبعاً لمتغير العمر والمؤهل العلمي وعدد سنوات الخبرة.واوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام اكثر في دور حاضنات الاعمال كونها تقدم خدمات تزيد من القدرة التنافسية بين الشركات.

This study was made to find the role of business incubators in developing the competitive capacities for small and medium sized enterprises in Jordan , the study sample consisted of 411 employees in small and medium sized companies in Jordan kingdom
The results indecated the obviously role of business incubators in developing the competitive capacities. Then, the average accounts, standard deviations of employees appreciations, individuals of study sample, was calculated according to the dimensions which belong the role of business incubators.
The results indecated that there are a statistclly significant for the constant of multiple linear regression equation and morphological differences between average accounts for study sample estimates upon the role of business incubators .
The results indecated that the rate of correlation coefficient between the independent variable ( the role of business incubators ) and the dependent variable (developing the competitive capacities ) reached to ( 0. 954) ,while ,the rate of determiated coefficient was (0.909) and the rate of adjusted determiated coefficient was (0.909).
The results indecated that there are a statistclly significant for the constant of multiple linear regression equation and morphological differences between average accounts for study sample estimates upon the role of business incubators . each dimension according to the age variable the indivduals of study sample whose ages are under 25 year and more 45 year , holders of qualifications ( bachelor , high studies) and owners of experience years (under 10 years ,more 10 years).
The results indecated that there are morphological differences between average accounts for the individuals estimates of the study sample on developing the competitive capacities according to the age variable, people whose ages are (under 25 year, more 45 year), holders of qualifications (Diploma) and the owners of experience years (under 10 years, more 10 years).
